This class is designed to nourish mind, body and spirit so that the practitioner can come to know their true selves. This term, we have a special series of classes focuses more deeply on the chakra system where we spend some time reflection on these energy centres of the body in an effort to achieve more balance in our lives. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced students, it includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures) a focus on the energy centres of the body (chakra system) and finishes with a 15 minute relaxation (Savasana). For anyone interested in going deeper into the yogic system to cultivate a more holistic spirituality, come and join us on the mat. Hello Everyone! Let's read something before coming to the event. It can be a few pages from a book, an article, a poem, an advertisement, a joke, a recipe, a quote, social media content - anything you find interesting. We meet and chat about it, as a starting point of conversation. Please feel free to bring books :)

Join the group for coffee, a chat and bring your project upstairs in Starbucks on Westmoreland Street from 12-2.30pm (or sometimes longer!). There is a lift for those with mobility issues but please check with staff if it's working. There's no charge for the meetup but we ask please that you join our Whatsapp group if you plan on staying with the group. Cost is only €5 a year to pay for Meetup subs etc.

\*\*Each week we typically have 2-3 spots open to players from this app. This is why you will only see 2-3 attending. The others are regulars and we coordinate in a private WhatsApp group\*\* We play a 6v6 game every Wednesday @ 8:00PM in SportsCo, Dublin 4. The pitch we use is spacious an ideal for 6v6 (ball/all bibs provided). To encourage passing and flowing football, goals can only be scored from inside the penalty area. Games are played in a friendly atmosphere and slide tackles are prohibited. We don't have stick keepers and use a last-man back policy. There is a core group of regular players who have played with us for years but we also invite a handful of pickup players to play from this app. If pickup players like the vibe they might have the option to subscribe on a longer-term basis. This game has been running on the same pitch for over a decade. The games are good quality with good technical players and always played in a nice, competitive atmosphere.
