Bei der Entwicklung barrierefreier Software müssen viele Anforderungen berücksichtigt werden. Ein großes Problem ist, dass das Testen ein weitgehend ein manueller Prozess ist. Das kollidiert mit den schnellen Veröffentlichungszyklen moderner Software. Wie können wir unser Tempo beibehalten und gleichzeitig sicherstellen, dass das Produkt zugänglich bleibt? In diesem Vortrag gebe ich euch das Handwerkszeug, um euch in Hinblick auf Barrierefreiheit besser abzusichern. Dabei lernen wir zunächst automatische Tools und ihre Möglichkeiten und Grenzen kennen. The 1st Saturday of the month is not an in-person meet-up, but on zoom. All people and all levels welcome, including beginners, whom we are happy to help get started (although we don't run classes). No charge. All you need is some yarn and a crochet hook or a pair of knitting needles. We are very friendly so don't be shy.
