El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda(a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. **L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar** la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. **Aquest 08 de març, a Cultura i Oci volem celebrar el Dia de la Dona d’una manera complerta:** recordant d’on venim i celebrant qui som. Us hem preparat una jornada en dues parts que promet *emocions, aprenentatges i molta diversió*. Iniciarem la tarda amb la ruta **“Dones que han fet història a Santa Coloma”**. Passejarem pels carrers de la nostra ciutat per rescatar de l’oblit les veus d’aquelles dones valentes *—veïnes, lluitadores i pioneres—* que van transformar el teixit social, polític i cultural de Santa Coloma de Gramenet. **No serà només una ruta guiada**; serà un exercici de memòria històrica per posar en valor el paper femení en els moviments veïnals i la cultura local. Recuperarem històries que mereixen ser escoltades per entendre la Santa Coloma que tenim avui. **Una experiència per aprendre, compartir i, sobretot, per reivindicar juntes la nostra herència.** **I com que la lluita no està renyida amb la celebració**, en acabar la ruta ens traslladarem a un **lloc emblemàtic de la nit colomenca**: el Bar Musical Yesterday (C/Major 24 Santa Coloma de Gramanet). Allà ens espera un **“Tardeo” femení espectacular**. Canviarem la reflexió per la festa, les rialles i el bon ambient. ¿Y si te dijese que en pleno corazón de la Garrotxa existe un valle espectacular que nunca deja de sorprender? En sus hayedos se está instalando ya la primavera, la estación que hace que el invierno mole. Bienvenid@s a la Vall d'en Bas, donde cada nube, hoja o roca tienen su lugar idóneo. Remontaremos la riera de Gorners, paraje de ribera dominado por robles, avellanos y helechos felices. Las pozas están flipando con el agua que les ha tocado este año. Una vez saciad@s del río, enfilaremos un empinadísimo sendero hasta lo alto de la montaña para encontrar las curiosas Escletxes: un laberinto de simas y corredores abiertos por los dinosaurios, marcados por paredes tapizadas de musgo, líquenes y helechos. En realidad estas capas de arenisca marina se han fracturado y abierto por el deslizamiento (diaclasa) sobre otras areniscas más blandas, no han sido los dinosaurios. Investigaremos este impresionante conjunto de grietas de diferentes direcciones y profundidades, comunicadas entre sí. ¡Y vamos a flipar! ¿Qué más? ¡Aaaaah, la Niagara Falls! Una bestialidad. Esta cascada, conocida popularmente como Salt de Sallent, lleva un caudal brillante es esta época. El descenso lo haremos por unas escaleras naturales de piedra y raíces acompañando la misma riera de Sallent con su verde profundo y sus bellas flores. ¡Vente a disfrutar del único sitio de Catalunya donde este domingo no dan lluvia! **🔗 DETALLES TÉCNICOS** \- Ruta circular \- Distancia: 13 km \- Desnivel de subida: 900 m \- Tiempo estimado con paradas: 6h \- Dificultad: **MEDIA**. Terreno fácil, pero desnivel considerable.
