This yoga class is chill, simple, and mainly focuses on relaxation for our bodies. Last year, we kicked off our workout journey at the Hoi Bun Rd Park with a small group of ~-10 dedicated regulars. But now, we're ready to amp it up with Fitfam and fill that Thursday void with some serious fitness fun! 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️ 
And hey, it's not just about the sweat and muscles (although those are definitely a bonus). It's also a fantastic opportunity to expand your network 🕸🕸🕸 and mingle with like-minded professionals in the area, e.g. folks at the Citi Tower, Quayside, and more! 🌇🏙🌇 
So, what's in store for you during our workout session? Get ready for a heart-pumping, calorie-crushing 1-hour HIIT/CrossFit extravaganza suitable for all fitness levels. 🥇🥈🥉 Don't forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, and if you have a yoga mat lying around, feel free to bring it along (totally optional though).
