OUTDOOR SALSA NIGHT As part of Twilight Tuesdays presented by Silver Spring town Center Inc; Danceintime and AM Salsa are teaming up again to bring you this FREE event with lively music with DJ Danilo and a friendly vibe! It's at the Veteran's Plaza in Silver Spring, 7-9 pm on the first Tuesday of each month. This fun event has instruction and social dancing and it’s walking-distance from the Silver Spring metro. This class provides a trauma sensitive yoga approach for those of us living with chronic conditions/illnesses such as stroke, long covid, cancer, arthritis, parkinson’s disease, disabilities, fibromyalgia, injuries, aging, muscular sclerosis, balance issues, pain, knee or hip replacements, and for those of us who prefer, or our bodies have chosen to not so easily transition to and from the floor, to experience yoga.
