A self described "dance addict," Ann began her social dance journey with the ballroom competition circuit, and honed her technique with private instruction from teachers in New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia. She teaches Ballroom, Latin, and Swing, and thoroughly enjoys helping students enrich their lives through dancing. This class provides a trauma sensitive yoga approach for those of us living with chronic conditions/illnesses such as stroke, long covid, cancer, arthritis, parkinson’s disease, disabilities, fibromyalgia, injuries, aging, muscular sclerosis, balance issues, pain, knee or hip replacements, and for those of us who prefer, or our bodies have chosen to not so easily transition to and from the floor, to experience yoga.
