**For ages 13 and above.** Muay Thai is a striking based martial art and sport. Also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, it is characterised by the combined use of the fists, elbows, knees and shins. It is an ancient martial art of Thailand known for its tremendous power. **Prawning, BBQ & Couple Rotation at Hai BinPrawning.** **Looking for a relaxing way to wrap up your weekend? Join us for a hands-on prawning and BBQ session at Hai Bin!
