內容：基礎訓練主要是讓水曲新手、或有其他水中運動經驗的初學玩家學習並鍛鍊水曲基本技巧 (初次體驗者建議先參與新手體驗班)。資深水曲球員亦可參加以加強個人基礎技巧。訓練內容包括泳姿改善、呼吸管換氣練習、閉氣練習、個人傳控球技巧等，並會於每節進行比賽體驗以融會貫通。亦歡迎其他程度之水曲運動員參與。 Content: Basic level training is designed for UWH beginners, swimmers or divers who are interested in getting a hang of UWH, or experienced players wishing to brush up some basic stick works (first-timers are encouraged to join our UWH Try Out first).
