HERMETIC ORDER of the RED DRAGON
HERMETIC ORDER of the RED DRAGON
Ritual starts at 7pm - please arrive between 6.30pm & 7pm. **ONLY INITIATED MEMBERS MAY ATTEND**. Click here for details on how to become a member **[https://esotericbookshop.org/hermetic-order-of-the-red-dragon/](https://esotericbookshop.org/hermetic-order-of-the-red-dragon/)** The whole point of **HORD** is to become ***enlightened*** and to do this by rending apart the ***Veil of Illusion*** leaving the way clear to achieving the ***Knowledge and Conversation of your Holy Guardian Angel***. This is done by 'Solve et Coagula' in Alchemical terms. You undergo a series of challenges that essentially help you pull yourself apart, realise which parts of yourself you have created as an ***'illusion'***, and change that ‘illusion’ so that you can reassemble yourself in a better and more perfect way. ***HORD doesn’t do it. You do it***. But you have the rest of the group to support and back you up as we all go through the process together. Rending the Veil is a ‘profound’ experience. We don’t let go of our illusions easily. The whole process consists of finding your ‘illusions’ and seeing them for what they are – unreal. There is a simple test to check if you’ve found an illusion. **Emotion**. ***If something makes you laugh, cry, get pissed off – congratulations; you’ve found one***. Enlightened Buddhists, when they find another illusion, roll around laughing for hours and hours and hours. In fact, people like the ***Dalai Lama*** spend most of the day rolling around in laughter – the more enlightened you are – the more illusions you find. … the unenlightened just get pissed off. The Hermetic Order of the Red Dragon (HORD) is a ceremonial magic group that evolved from the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (GD). For more information: **[https://esotericbookshop.org/hermetic-order-of-the-red-dragon/](https://esotericbookshop.org/hermetic-order-of-the-red-dragon/)** To join, one needs attend at least 3 Invocation/Evocation evenings (Playing with Angels etc) & be sponsored by an existing member. Scio Nescio, Chief Adept …03 9873 3736 or email: esoteric666@optusnet.com.au Next meeting: Tuesday 30th June Email: esoteric666@optusnet.com.au Cost: $20

Psychodrama | Those Who Walked Into Your Life
Once a month, we gather to explore ourselves, our relationships, and the stories we carry through psychodrama, sociometry, and group experience. 每个月一次,我们聚在一起,透过心理剧、社会计量,通过团体来探索自己、探索关系。 Sometimes we explore important relationships—those we are living with now, those we have lost, and those that continue to shape us. Sometimes we begin with a seemingly ordinary moment or a surreal image and discover how deeply it connects to our lives. 有时,我们会谈到复杂的人家关系;那些正在经历的,已经过去的; 有时,我们会谈到选择、改变与成长。 有时,我们会从一个微不足道的瞬间出发,去寻找它与我们生命的相连。 Whether you are interested in personal growth, understanding yourself more deeply, exploring relationships, or simply meeting people who are willing to engage in genuine conversation, there is a place for you here. 无论你希望探索一些内心更深层的东西,还是单纯想认识一些愿意真诚交流的人,这里都为你留有一个位置。 No Performance, No psychology background or psychodrama experience is required. 你不需要表演,不需要有心理学背景,也不需要有心理剧经验。 We simply invite you to step out of the busyness of everyday life, spend some time with yourself, connect with others, and see life from a different perspective. 我们只是邀请你,在忙碌的生活之外,留一点时间给自己,给自己一个从不同角度看待自己,看待生活的机会。 This is a free community event, generously supported by Psychodrama Australia. Sunday Meditation | Community Building | Connection | Meet New People
Sunday Meditation | Community Building | Connection | Meet New People
**Who We are..... 🤝** Our journey to bring people together began in January of 2022. The group was started with a simple intention to gather and meet some likeminded people - connecting through the powerful act of meditation and sharing our genuine selves while sitting in a circle that represents equality, harmony and wholeness( *we believe everyone in the circle is a teacher and a student at the same time)*. And over the last 4 years of consistently coming together, we have fostered a beautiful, loving, dependable community where members from all walks of life have experienced a sacred space to sit in silence together and meditate, share their authentic selves, give presence to others and forge meaningful and long lasting connections. The Meditations are guided by Sana(co-founder and host), who is a Trained and certified meditation teacher by the Meditation Association of Australia, and has been guiding meditations for 3+ years in corporate and community settings. ✨ **Do you wish to....** * Experience a simple yet powerful meditation and breathing practice to find calm, relaxation and clarity * Connect with like-minded people in your local community and foster meaningful connections * Meet others who are passionate about growing, uplifting themselves, and supporting others * Share insights from your personal journey (or simply listen and learn) Or maybe you just want to... ☮️ **Spend your Sunday evening in a peaceful, zen space and meet new people? Bring a friend (or two!) and let’s connect.** **What’s on the evening’s flow?** * **Open meet & greet** – connect and settle in * **5 min guided meditation** to land into the space and connect within * **Sharing circle** (totally optional!) – share your thoughts or simply listen * **20-30 min guided meditation** – for relaxation and deeper connection **Where?** 📍 **250 George St, Fitzroy VIC 3065** Enter through the church gates. You’ll see a small garden on the left and stairs on the right leading up to the **Dance of Life Yoga Studio (first door on your right upstairs).** **What to bring?** * **Donation:** A contribution of **$15 or more is recommended**. Your donations directly help us cover venue, meetup membership and other costs, provide valuable resources, and keep this meditation community alive and growing. * **Warm jumper/jacket** (just in case!) * **Water** * **Any books/resources/inspiration you’d love to share** **Important Notes:** * Spaces are **limited**, so if you can’t make it, please update your RSVP to “Not going” or send us a quick message. * **No-show policy:** To keep it fair for everyone, repeat no-shows without notice may not be able to RSVP in the future. * Attendees under 18 must have a guardian present. **Everyone is welcome!** All ages (with guardians for under 18), backgrounds, genders, and experiences – no meditation experience needed. The event runs for about **2.5 hours**, but you’re free to come and go as you need.

Please get tickets [here](https://events.humanitix.com/eternal-song-film-screening-and-discussion) *“Liberation and mental health are intertwined, and we must be the healers who stand for both… Let us unite, as healers and defenders of human rights, to bring about a world where mental health is synonymous with justice and liberation.”* *—Dr. Samah Jabr, Psychologist & Author* This is a community film screening ceremony, for us to gather, slow down and approach the viewing as a shared act of attention. After the screening, there will be a guided discussion for anyone who would like to share about their experience and reflections, followed by a fire circle. 🔥 We will have two special guests, environmental educator[ Clancy Lester](https://www.instagram.com/beesandblossoms.aus/?hl=en) and Yorta Yorta Barapa Barapa trainee ecologist [Kai Lane.](https://nccma.vic.gov.au/resources/publications/kai-lane/) All net proceeds go to supporting the filmmakers, and two Indigenous-led projects: Trauma-Informed Healing at *We Al-li*, and Healing Spaces for Men Experiencing Homelessness at The Barracks. Voices from across generations and traditions invite us to witness the enduring scars of colonization on lands and peoples, and the healing pathways carried through ancestral wisdom. Entrusted with medicine stories, the film grapples with colonial legacies, intergenerational trauma, and the culture of separation that fragments our lives. The film reveals how modernity severs our connection to nature, each other, and the ancestral realm, while feeding us empty promises of salvation, unlimited consumption and economic growth, and individual happiness. As we are drawn into the intricate web of kinship and honoring the living presence of Mother Earth, we awaken a deeper remembrance. A sacred dance comes to life and we begin to hear the eternal song of Life itself, calling us back to belonging. You can watch the trailer [here](https://theeternalsong.org/).

Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please try to update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. With few exceptions, no shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will not be eligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our Partner Agency for this event is Lutheran Social Services! A huge THANK YOU to those volunteering at this (or any of our previous or future) CMG Gives Back events! Look forward to seeing you there, Dan
