Join us every Wednesday evening for an Introduction to Meditation! We meet up to do a guided Buddhist meditation together. Before the meditation starts, there will be a short talk to introduce and explain who we are and how the meditation works. If you are new to Buddhism or meditation, it is an ideal place to start.
