Together with whiteboards and our volunteers, the Sprachcafé is based on **interactive conversations** in small groups. **Participation fee** The Sprachcafé has a **participation fee of 5 €**, which helps cover organizational costs and **includes one soft drink for free**. Tickets can be purchased directly on the day of the event, card and cash payments are accepted. As the Sprachcafé has become very popular, we now need to **limit the number of participants**. B. wie gehen andere mit den Kunden und deren Mitarbeitern um, was sind die neuesten Insider Infos von den verschiedenen Unternehmen, wie sieht es bei den anderen mit den Einsatzorten und Arbeitsbedingungen aus und vieles mehr. Es wird wie immer ein interessanter Abend mit einem umfangreichen Erfahrungsaustausch werden, der einen auch beruflich weiterbringt. Mit dem DBITS e.V. wollen wir die Anerkennung von IT-Freiberuflern in der Gesellschaft und Politik vorantreiben. Dort gibt es leider noch einen sehr großen Aufhol- und Aufklärungsbedarf und damit viel zu besprechen und zu erfahren. Des Weiteren bietet uns der Verein ein breites Netzwerk an Leuten mit den gleichen Zielen und Problemen. Aber wie gesagt, das Ziel ist ein schöner, informativer Abend, es gibt kein Mitgliederzwang. This is a relaxed, casual meetup: **no hardcore competition**, just friendly rivalry. 👉 **Please RSVP only if you plan to attend.** *** **How to Play (Quick Guide):** * **Setup:** Build the island with hex tiles, place number tokens, roads, settlements, and give each player starting resources. * **Turn order:** On your turn, roll two dice to produce resources, then trade and build. * **Resource production:** Players gain resources (wood, brick, sheep, wheat, ore) from tiles next to their settlements/cities when the tile’s number is rolled. * **Robber:** If a 7 is rolled, players with too many cards discard half; move the robber to block a tile and steal a card. *NOTE: Friendly robber rule: We play with the friendly robber rule, which means that the robber cannot be placed on a player with less than 3 points.* * **Trading:** Trade resources with other players or with the bank (usually 4:1, better with ports). * **Building:** Spend resources to build roads, settlements, cities, or buy development cards. * **Victory points:** Earn points from settlements, cities, development cards, Longest Road, and Largest Army. * **Winning:** The first player to reach 10 victory points on their turn wins. * 2-Hours-Max: If no one reaches 10 points by the end of the second hour, the player with the most points wins.
