Last year, we kicked off our workout journey at the Hoi Bun Rd Park with a small group of ~-10 dedicated regulars. But now, we're ready to amp it up with Fitfam and fill that Thursday void with some serious fitness fun! 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️ 
And hey, it's not just about the sweat and muscles (although those are definitely a bonus). It's also a fantastic opportunity to expand your network 🕸🕸🕸 and mingle with like-minded professionals in the area, e.g. folks at the Citi Tower, Quayside, and more! 🌇🏙🌇 
So, what's in store for you during our workout session? Get ready for a heart-pumping, calorie-crushing 1-hour HIIT/CrossFit extravaganza suitable for all fitness levels. 🥇🥈🥉 Don't forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, and if you have a yoga mat lying around, feel free to bring it along (totally optional though).

What a new year full of hope! Let’s hike from Goose Valley Lost Trial in Ma On Shan and say hello to Froggy Rock in Tai Shui Hang. Please reserve time for dinner in Shek Mun. For Goose Valley Lost Trial, in simple, its labyrinth in a jungle located at foothill of Hunch Backs/ Ngau Ngak Shan with 300m sea level. There are various trials reaching to different directions, even the length is 4.4km. Consider wearing hiking gloves when we climb along V-shaped dam. After reaching Ma On Shan Country Park BBQ Site, we trek to Frog-shaped formation by two large rocks namely Froggy Rock. There will be splendid view of Shing Mun Valley in Sha Tin, Ma On Shan and Tai Po. Though the highest point is just 277m & distance is about 4km, it’ll be sloppy when we descend to Tai Shui Hang. Gloves recommended. Overall hiking difficulty is ranged from 2.3-2.8. It’s planned we enjoy our takeaway dinner & play boardgames by 6pm at a cozy place in Shek Mun, thanks to New City Church. The Hong Kong Trail is a legendary 50 km route that runs almost the entire length of Hong Kong Island, split into 8 scenic sections. Hiking all 50 km in one go? That’s a bit much (even for the pros!), so we’re breaking it into two awesome adventures. **Why join?** * Jaw-dropping views of Hong Kong Island, lush mountains, sparkling reservoirs, and even historic military relics. * A chance to celebrate the trail’s 40th anniversary with the “Unlocking Hong Kong Trail” Challenge!
