Ein Wohlfühlabend, mit besonders nährenden Momentan. Wir bringen die vielen wundervollen Geschenke der letzten Abundance Circles zusammen und schaffen einen offen Rahmen in dem wir als echte Familie die Abundance in unserem Alltag, in unserem gemeinsamen Hier und Jetzt wirklich Leben können. Wir beginnen im offenen Miteinander, sitzen beieinander, essen mitgebrachte Lieblingsspeisen, atmen durch, lassen die Woche ausklingen. Danach gehen wir miteinander in einen Abundance Circle – als Familie, die sich tiefer wahrnimmt, in einem immer klareren Fülle Feld. We reserve our right to adapt the setup according to the audience level, vibe, health, weather, shape etc SETUP ● 2 courts (2 vs 2), 1 team is rotating or taking a rest court 1: minim 6 players court 2: minim 4 players ● 2 courts - 10-12 people (more players, we make small teams and play shorts, all combination; the hosts have the last word. proposals are welcome) ● The event organisers or experienced player are entitled to send players on the second court ● We are respectfull and warm with each other, our cultural and professional background is diverse. ● New proposals are welcome :). A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind.
