Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! It is open for all levels and beginner friendly. :) If you want to join please sign in/out as the class will only take place if enugh people join (min. 3, but there is additional another whattsapp group with more people joining) The price is 13€/ unit. A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. In this silence many virtues as patience, respect, perseverence, discipline... arise/ are transmitted. It is especially beneficial to strngthen your ability to focus and for stress relief. We reserve our right to adapt the setup according to the audience level, vibe, health, weather, shape etc SETUP ● 2 courts (2 vs 2), 1 team is rotating or taking a rest court 1: minim 6 players court 2: minim 4 players ● 2 courts - 10-12 people (more players, we make small teams and play shorts, all combination; the hosts have the last word. proposals are welcome) ● The event organisers or experienced player are entitled to send players on the second court ● We are respectfull and warm with each other, our cultural and professional background is diverse. ● New proposals are welcome :). Screenings are in original language, if English, or original language with English subtitles. Films are selected democratically on the inspiration of a brief pre-screening discussion. The selected title is typically a "neglected gem" that most of us discover together for the first time. Individual taste is not a criterion and all participants are expected to put the interests of the group as a whole above personal preference or prejudice. In this sense, the emphasis is on openness, exploration, and surprise. Each screening is followed by an in-depth group discussion, led and moderated by the curator.
