A les vigílies de Sant Jordi, **aquest taller proposa un viatge fascinant per la història d’una de les criatures més universals de la imaginació humana: el drac.** Des de les civilitzacions antigues fins a la iconografia medieval, el drac **ha estat molt més que un monstre**. Ha simbolitzat el caos, el poder de la natura, la saviesa, la protecció o el mal a combatre. A partir d’idees del llibre *"El secret dels dragons" de Joel Levy*, explorarem els seus **significats simbòlics** i veurem com **artistes de diferents èpoques han representat aquestes criatures.** També ens aproparem a la llegenda de **Sant Jordi** i al seu drac, per entendre com aquest relat s’ha convertit en **un símbol cultural profundament arrelat a Catalunya**. Un recorregut breu però ric en *imatges, mites i significats* per descobrir per què els dracs continuen fascinant-nos avui. Aquest taller consta d'**una sessió única de dues hores**. La propuesta de esta actividad es participar en una visita comentada de la exposición *“Los Nabís: de Bonnard a Vuillard”* que se celebra en la sala de exposiciones de La Pedrera. Los Nabís fue un grupo de artistas franceses que emergió a finales del siglo XIX bajo la influencia de la pintura de Paul Gauguin y el arte japonés. El grupo reunió a más de una docena de artistas de personalidad diversa, pero con intereses comunes, como la dimensión simbólica y emocional de la pintura, o el interés por las formas depuradas, los colores intensos y la exploración de la superficie plana del espacio plástico. La exposición es una oportunidad de conocer con detalle a este grupo singular de creadores que se autoafirmaron como “los profetas” del nuevo arte, y que históricamente se sitúan en la transición entre el impresionismo y las primeras vanguardias históricas. La muestra reúne cerca de 200 piezas de artistas como Paul Sérusier, Pierre Bonnard, Édouard Vuillard, Jan Verkade, Élie Ranson, Maurice Denis, Félix Vallotton o el escultor rosellonés Aristide Maillol. La exposición está comisariada por la historiadora de arte Isabelle Cahn, especializada en Los Nabís y conservadora del Musée d’ Orsay, museo que ha colaborado en el proyecto que se presenta en La Pedrera de Antoni Gaudí. La actividad tiene un costo de 16 euros que incluyen la entrada a la exposición y la visita comentada.

Si tienen la suela desgastada no valen. Zapatos adicionales cómodos para la noche. Opcional mini crampones de cadenas para ser todo terreno. 🔹 **Palos de senderismo con la roseta grande para nieve**. Imprescindibles por el terreno. No usaremos el taco porque queremos que claven. Recomendable que sean plegables y de altura ajustable. Si no tienes dime con tiempo y te los alquilo pero recomiendo comprar. 🔹 **Dos mochilas:** la de la ruta y la que se queda en el coche con lo de la noche y el día siguiente. Quizá una mochila puede ir dentro de la otra, tenemos que ir ya con todo bien separado. 🔹 Mínimo un litro de agua y comida de picnic para media mañana, mediodía y tarde del sábado. El agua para el domingo la rellenamos en el hotel y la comida del domingo la compramos allí a no ser que prefiramos llevarla también de casa. Termo con infusión, café o caldo ya preparado muy recomendable. 🔹 **Ropa de abrigo** para el frío por capas (es el Pirineo, no el Barcelonés), la ropa de esquí vale. Capa interior transpirable (recomendable manga corta) , capa media térmica y capa exterior para viento y lluvia. Capa de abrigo adicional para cuando paremos. 🔹 **Guantes**, **braga,** gorro por si hace frío, calcetines puestos y **calcetines de recambio** **en la mochila** por si se mojan los que llevo. 🔹 **Chubasquero** superior y recomendable chubasquero para pantalones si no los llevo impermeables. Polainas (para que no entre nieve en la bota) a no ser que el pantalón me cubra media bota, como pasa en muchos de esquiar. 🔹 Protección para el sol: **gafas de sol imprescindibles por el efecto nieve,** **gorra y crema.** 🔹 Ropa de gala o con un **toque especial** para la cena del sábado. 🔹 Cámara fotográfica, la del móvil vale, con la batería al máximo, su cargador y batería externa recomendable. 🔹 Cuaderno de artista y materiales de dibujo y/o pintura. A slow, easy afternoon to create, connect, and just be. I'm launching my independently-published, ***Field Journal: Mindfulness in Nature - Europe***, a guided pocket journal for slow walkers, quiet watchers, and anyone who finds peace in the natural world, and I'd love to celebrate it with you! **How the afternoon flows:** 1: Arrive, settle in & mingle Help yourself to a few sweet and savory snacks, bring your own drink (and snacks), and get to know the people around you. No rush. 2: The journal: its story & how to use it We'll explore the journal together — where it came from, what inspired it, and how to make it your own out in nature. 3: Colour, write & doodle Choose a bird or nature colouring page and settle in. I'll share some gentle journaling prompts to write alongside your art — and doodle to your heart's content too. 4: Free time — yours to enjoy Keep creating, chat with others, browse the journals, or simply sit and be. The rest of the afternoon is yours. Los caballos son animales muy sensibles y su cuidado es una responsabilidad importante para las personas que trabajan con ellos. En las rutas se utilizan caballos acostumbrados a este tipo de salidas tranquilas por la naturaleza. Las actividades se realizan a un ritmo adecuado, adaptado tanto a las personas como a los propios animales, evitando recorridos exigentes o sobrecarga. El estado de los caballos, su comportamiento y su condición física son aspectos que siempre pueden observarse directamente en el propio centro. Nuestro objetivo es disfrutar de la experiencia en la naturaleza manteniendo siempre una relación de respeto hacia los caballos y el entorno.

This is the home of one of our members. Everyone is welcome - beginner to expert. This is a casual folding session. People will teach a few models.
