I Love · I Trust — Weekend Retreat (7–8 February) Near Meco · Zambujal · Small group · One night. Meals included A weekend to slow down and return to loving depth. A space where safety opens you and strength holds you. The retreat unfolds through a guided arc across the weekend, held with the full group. We move between guided self-inquiry, embodied awareness, organic and archetypal movement, stillness, time in nature, and structured sharing — with space for questions and integration throughout. Practices are clearly guided yet spacious: lying down in body-based meditation, moving freely through dance, sitting in presence with another, walking, or being alone with what wants attention. Music, spoken guidance, and silence support the process. The tone is gentle, loving, and deeply contained. Emotions are welcome without being pushed. People often leave feeling blissed out, grounded, and more connected — to themselves and to the beauty of shared presence. Facilitated by Mack Price & Cremilde Almeida

Hello everyone! For our first dinner together, we’re keeping things low-key and casual. Take a look at the menu and let us know what you think we want this to be easy, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone. Quick housekeeping note: many restaurants require most of the party to be present before seating. No-shows impact the entire group, so if someone repeatedly commits and doesn’t show more than once, we’ll have to remove you from future dinners to keep things fair and smooth for everyone. This is CSC’s largest activity with over 200 participants. Each team typically consists of 6 men and 6 women players. Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time.
