## What weâre about
Buongiorno a tutti. Cerco persone serie e disposte solamente a divertirsi, senza puntare mazzette grazie mille.

Bug Bounty, Ethical Hacking & the Art of Triage in Modern Security Programs
The Milano Cybersecurity Meetup returns with an edition dedicated to offensive security and Bug Bounty programs, no longer just about finding vulnerabilities, but about managing noise, prioritizing risk, and building trust between organizations and security researchers. The event focuses on the role of the Ethical Hacker and the critical, often misunderstood, role of the triager, the professional who bridges vulnerability discovery with actionable remediation.The meetup will close with a talk by Sw33tLie, one of the main contributors to PortSwiggerâs latest research, exploring the discovery and exploitation of HTTP Request Smuggling vulnerabilities in modern architectures.
This evening event combines focused technical talks with an informal aperitivo atmosphere, where hoodies replace ties and technical content meets open discussion and networking.
Co-organized with UNGUESS Security, a European Continuous Offensive Platform backed by a community of 200+ vetted ethical hackers and AI agents, the event offers a unique chance to hear from practitioners on different sides of the hacking process. The event will also welcome representatives from Intigriti, including Alex Olsen, Head of Hackers, who will join us to make the evening even more exciting.
## **Key Themes & Takeaways**
*âToday, being an ethical hacker means staying ahead of attackers, finding the bugs and fixing risk before itâs exploited by malicious actors.â*
* Finding bugs for learning, passion, and profit, and building a legal career path by hacking real organizations responsibly
* What makes a great triager in bug hunting programs - skills, mindset, and career paths
* How triage quality impacts program ROI, security outcomes, and researcher trust
* Dealing with AI-generated submissions ("AI slop") and the triagerâs evolving role as quality gatekeeper, separating signal from noise
* Some of the most impactful vulnerabilities originate from protocolâlevel flaws, turning seemingly theoretical research into systemic risk for largeâscale infrastructures and forcing modern triage to reassess impact and prioritization
## **Agenda**
* **Talk #1 â My path to Bug Bounty (Leo Racanelli, Intigriti Ambassador)**
Hacking real organizations (legally) for fun and profit
* **Talk #2 â Anatomy of a Triage: From vulnerability submission to validation (Marco Mazzola, UNGUESS Triager)**
What happens between âsubmission receivedâ and âvulnerability confirmed.â A deep dive into the triagerâs workflow
What researchers wish triagers understood. How triage quality shapes submission quality and vice versa
How AI-generated submissions are flooding programs, why most are noise, and what a good triage policy looks like
* **Talk #3 â Mutations of a Bug: Where HTTP Smuggling Is Heading (Paolo Arnolfo, aka Sw33tLie â 1st researcher on the Portugal Bugcrowd leaderboard)**
An evolution-driven look at HTTP Request Smuggling: how exploitation techniques mutate over time, why old assumptions no longer hold, and what this means for modern triage, detection, and remediation

đž Milan Startup Padel â Founders & Rebels #29
*This club is for founders, VCs, operators, and startup ecosystem players â past, present, and future.*
â
Padel is one of those games you can pick up at any point in your life and immediately enjoy. You don't need to be fit, you don't need a background in racket sports, you just need to show up. The court is small enough that nothing feels out of reach, and the glass walls do half the work for you.
âWhat makes it special is that you actually talk while you play. Between points, during rallies, after a shot that somehow worked â there's a natural rhythm to padel that makes conversation easy. You get to know your partner in a way that just doesn't happen sitting across a table.
âWe had a rally once that went on so long everyone stopped caring who won the point. That's kind of the spirit of the whole thing.
â
**đŻ What to Expect**
â**Two courts, at least 8 players** â we rotate and run mini-tournaments when numbers allow. All levels, always.
â
**Real conversations** â with your partner, between points, after the game. No agenda.
â**Competitive but Chill** â good plays, better laughs, and a rematch culture. đ
â**đ¸ âŹ15 per person** â pay before the game: [paypal.me/alexbing2](paypal.me/alexbing2) Paying upfront keeps the courts full and the group reliable. No last-minute ghosts. Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and meet people.
â
**â ď¸ Cancellation Policy**
Cancel at least 2 days before if you can't make it â someone on the waiting list will be very happy to take your spot. No-shows without notice lose their âŹ15 deposit and get moved to the waiting list for future events.

* **18.15**: Accesso e Networking (iniziamo a conoscerci!)
* **18:30:** Welcome
* **18:45**: Talk
* **19:30:** Q&A
* **19:45:** Pizza and drinks

"Metal Slinger" by Rachel Schneider
Join us as we discuss our June pick: Metal Slinger by Rachel Schneider!
Book description:
Even though she's not one of them, Brynn has spent her life among the Alaha, training to be a guard and waiting for the chance to attend the annual market hosted by the Kentaâthe very same people who exiled her adopted community to a life at sea. Going to the market is a rite of passage eagerly anticipated by all young guards, but Brynn does not anticipate breaking a century-long peace treaty while there. Nor does she plan for the intense encounter with an enemy soldier that now threatens to unwind the fragile coexistence between their peopleâand everything Brynn once believed about herself to be true.
Brynn's loyalty to the Alaha is tested when the truth of her identity is brought to light by this soldier who's taken an oath to bring her back to where she belongs. Narrowly escaping death on the violent high seas, Brynn's connection to the Alaha is further tested when she learns about the world of magic she's been denied. She was once certain of her fate and where she belonged, but the dark, knowing eyes of this stranger have her questioning everything, including her heart.
Packed with knife fights and seafaring adventure, METAL SLINGER is the smash-hit start to the romantic fantasy duology, the Fire & Metal series
