CX Afterhours is a new, intimate gathering for customer experience practitioners in Vienna — no panels, no pitches, no name-tags doing the talking for you. Just CX people from across industries in one room, comparing how they tackle the same customer challenges from very different angles. For our first edition, we're joined by **Barbara Böck, Head of CX at Wüstenrot**, with a talk on: **"From Criticism to Competitive Advantage: How authentic customer insights and critical voices become a central lever for data-driven growth."** We measure experience more than ever and arguably understand it less. Barbara makes the case that the customer who complains is the one who still cares — and that the feedback nobody wants to hear can be your strongest, most honest growth signal, if you know what to do with it. Extensions allow developers to customize the editor with new features, integrations, and workflow improvements tailored to their needs. In this session, we’ll cover what extensions are and the different types available, including full extensions written in TypeScript or JavaScript, along with lighter-weight extensions such as color themes, language packs, language support, code snippets, and keymaps. We’ll also look at practical reasons a developer might create an extension, from automating repetitive tasks to adding custom tooling. The session includes a hands-on walkthrough of creating a new extension, testing it locally, and understanding the basic project structure.
