Luna Flow is a graceful fusion of ballet technique and yoga flow, designed to sculpt, lengthen, and restore your body. In this class, you’ll combine ballet based techniques for the strength and pose with the grounding breathwork and mindful stretches of yoga. Expect fluid sequences, elongated lines, and deep stretches that leave you feeling balanced, centered, and strong — all while moving with moonlit elegance. Perfect for all levels, Luna Flow is your time to align, lengthen, and shine from the inside out. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Our goal is to create a protected space for gender minorities in the security industry, this applies to professionals as well as students or career changers. This event is aimed at everyone that has never played before or a long time ago and is not sure to be able to pass the ball properly over the net or to someone. Korfball is a dynamic, no contact, mixed gender team sport. It pulls together aspects of netball, handball and basketball to form an unique and inclusive game. We will do some exercises, practice, play some games and have fun! :) Everyone is welcome to training, no experience required. Don't be misled by the low sign ups, our regulars don't use meet-up. We are usually 6-10 people.

We are currently playing in a regular group of 12 players at higher intermediate/advanced level. Your registrations here will first be on the waiting list and when confirmed, payment is to be made by twint to secure your spot for participation. There is a charge of Chf 22 per person.
