I love. I trust. - monthly gathering A weekend exploring the living relationship between self-trust, flow, and boundaries. Without self-trust, boundaries wobble. Without contained boundaries, flow floods. Without loving flow, boundaries become rigid. We work through movement and embodiment practices, direct experiential exercises, energy-based work (at times inspired by qigong), and relational sacred intimacy practices. There will be guided exploration, individual reflection, partner exercises, and structured group integration. The space is held with clarity and loving care. Join us for a night of board gaming with FANG (Fem All Night Gaming). **We are an all fem board game group** in Columbus, Ohio. No cis-men, please! We play modern hobby board games! If you're unsure what that is, we can teach you! We'll be meeting on the second floor of Giant Eagle in their cafe area. Giant Eagle has a lot of food and beverage options including their hot foods bars. You are also welcome to bring in any outside food.
