Hello everyone, Welcome to this new beach volleyball openplay for beginners at Zürich Buchlern 🤗 During this event, you’ll have the chance to meet new people, play friendly matches and learn the basic techniques, if you wish. This event is aimed at everyone that has never played before or a long time ago and is not sure to be able to pass the ball properly over the net or to someone. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Players are accepted into the session based on skill suitability. This session is for experienced players looking for quality games. Play is focused on doubles with a competitive mindset and consistent rallies. You should be comfortable smashing, return smashes and keeping up a moderate tempo throughout the session. New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play). Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Hello dear tennis enthusiast. Every Saturday afternoon we meet up for our “Adult tennis group sessions” in Zurich. It is open for both women and men. You will train in groups of max 4 players per 1 court Level: 1pm Beginners Group 1 Fees : Summer Outdoor clay courts - 70 CHF per person Winter/indoor - 75 CHF per person (all included) Monthly payments are preffered, this way you have guaranteed booked slot for the whole month. We train on nice clay courts at TA Frauental during the summer and winter season.
