About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. Location: We hold our meetings in the small hall at Sandyford Community Centre, Lambs Cross, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Yes, after a couple of weeks of festivity and no Wednesday night run with the Gang, this week we return to action with a run to **Birchall's in Ranelagh.** For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. Our host will help everyone settle in and also run some of the games. Play some new games, get stuck in to your favourite or bring one along and share with others. This venue is wheelchair accessible, however our toilets are not.

We're usually at the tables in the middle of the building - just look out for the yarn :) There's a choice of cafes, including the Bakehouse & Starbucks. There's no charge for the meetup but we ask please that you join our Whatsapp group if you plan on staying with the group. Cost is only €5 a year to pay for Meetup subs etc.

**Explore Marlay Park** We will be meeting at Tara Street Dart Station at 12:00 AM outside Fresh byside the ticket machines, we will wait five minutes. We will walk to D'Olier Street which is 350 metres (Five Minutes), We will be getting on 16 Dublin Bus Route to Ballinteer, the Bus Duration is 44 Minutes (34 Stop), We will arrive at Marlay Park for One O'Clock. There is are Public Toilets there, with Two car park for those who chose drive there, there is a Coffee Shop too. The Wallking Loop we are doing is 3.7 KM about 1 hour Walk, there is a Fairy Tree Home, A Lake. The Wicklow Way Cafe, River Dargle, Craft Courtyard, DLR Coco Market, Miller Cake Studio, Bolands Coffee Shop and Walled Gardens.
