About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. Location: We hold our meetings in the small hall at Sandyford Community Centre, Lambs Cross, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Well, only 11 more months until Christmas! - OK, I'm getting ahead of myself now, but already the year is moving forward, and I don't know about you guys, but time seems to have sped up in recent years, and before you know, the next Event is with us. Well, this week, The Event is a run to **The Hill in Ranelagh**, another old favourite over the years, so why not come along and enjoy the craic after a wee run. For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. They are an excellent way to get you going in a New Year, and a certain way to meet new fellow runners - We all started somewhere, so come along and enjoy a run and fun. Meet-Up Hike We are meeting at Tara Street for 10:30, meeting beside Fresh (shop) opposite side of the Ticket Machines. We will wait five minutes so please be early. After we will walk to Poolpeg Street, the Bus 47 (Dublin Bus) is scheduled for 10:45, the bus duration is 45 minutes (estimation). We will be getting off at Belarmine Drive. Then it is 11 Minute walk to start. You can get on the Bus from Stillorgan Laus Stop and from Sandymount Bus Stop also. There is a Fernhill Car Park also (which is 12 minutes away) Walk is 2 1/2 - 3 hours long (Distance 6KM).
