About us: The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of a Buddhist organisation based in Taiwan, which is centred on one of the greatest living Rinpoches (teachers) in the world at the moment. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. Location: We hold our meetings in the small hall at Sandyford Community Centre, Lambs Cross, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

No? Then this might be the challenge for you. 👀 **Welcome to The Cozy Sketchbook Club!** Every 2 weeks, we draw something ordinary... with personality. The theme this time? **Grumpy Teacups.** We’ll give faces, moods and miniature dramas to the most ordinary of objects. Think frowning mugs, sleepy spoons, or a tea bag in existential crisis. You don’t need anything fancy. Just bring: * your sketchbook (or any paper) * your favorite pen or pencil * and maybe your own teacup’s tragic backstory I’ll bring some paper and sketching supplies too, in case someone forgets! This meetup isn’t about making polished art. It’s about sitting side by side, making things just for the joy of it, getting out HOPEFULLY of the art block! **HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US** Yes, joining up the Dots, it's **10 Years** since the Group Started, so this week we should all celebrate the fact by heading to one of the Very First Pubs to Welcome us, back in 2016, as well as being exceptionally supportive of the Group after the Covid Lockdown Period, as the first pub to allow us back in numbers - **The Blackbird in Rathmines.** So, I can't promise any Birthday Cake, especially as I'm still out of the country, but I will raise a glass, probably a Malbec, to you all and thank everyone for being part of the Group over the years - So many have passed through, some once, some literally hundreds of times - **Here's to the Next 10...** For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. Explore Hill of Tara Walking Loop in County Meath. We will be meeting in Connolly Train Station (inside right beside Pret A Manger) for 11:30. I would advise coming 5 to 10 minutes early. At 11:35 we will be walking to Dublin Busaras, we will getting on the Kells 109 Bus Eireann (which is schuduled for 11:45). Bus duration is 56 minutes (22 Stops), we will getting off the Bus at Tara Cross Stop (12:41 estimation). When we are off the Bus we will be walking for 23 minutes (1.5KM), PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WALKING BECAUSE OF CARS. We should arrive at the trail for 13:04, for those who choose to drive, there is a Car Park right besde the Bus Stop. The trail loop is 1.4KM which is about 1 Hour, This is the place High Kings of Ireland where coronated. Dating back to pagan times and has mystical energy. There are great views of the place also dating back to St. Patrick and Brain Boru and a very old church. There is also a giftshop, visitor centre and a coffee shop called Maguires Cafe. Please be aware of sheep walking past you because you could scare them. Every event is 3-5 Euro, this goes towards the monthly meet-up membership and to me for creating and doing these events. Explore Blessington Greenway and Rushborough We will be meeting at Tallaght Luas Stop at 12:00. At 12:15 we will be walking to Bus Stop 4347, We will be getting on the 65 Ballymore Route (Dublin Bus) leaving at 12:24. We will be on the Bus for 37 Stops (Bus Duration 31 Minutes Estimated). We will be getting off the Bus at Burgage Bus Stop at 12:55 (Estimates). When we are at Burgage, we will be walking 1.2 KM (16 Minutes), This will lead us to the Blessington Greenway Trail for 13:11. The trail is 12.1 KM (Duration 3 Hours 30 to 4 Hours). Moderate. The walkway is recently upgraded, we will be walking Poulahouca Reservoir, Russworth Walled Garden, Artisans Workshops and National Bird of Prey. When we reach Burgage, there is a Coffee Shop called Between Two, also there is a Pizza Place called Lakeshore Doughboys, there is also a Car Park for those who drive. This is a really beautiful place, I hope to see you there Every event is 3 to 5 Euro, this helps towards the membership and me too as this takes a lot of effort creating.

This is a group for all ages for anyone who has been affected by having a loved one with a diagnosis of dementia. You can stay as little or as long as you wish. It is open house style. This is a very informal group. I will have purple flowers on the table where we are sitting. I look forward to meeting you!
