Living Diversity - Nonviolent Communication weekly course in English in ZĂŒrich
Living Diversity - Nonviolent Communication weekly course in English in ZĂŒrich
\>\>\>\>\>\>\> All Info and registration here: https://interbeing\.ch/living\-diversity/ **– *Understand our differences and connect in conflict* –** In this course, we explore together how we can be with each other in our differences. We learn how to communicate more effectively with our loved ones, colleagues and even with people who share opposite opinions. * How can I feel understood, even when you see things differently? * How can I connect with people who think, feel, or live differently from me? * How to navigate conflict without losing myself or the other? * How to meet diversity with curiosity instead of fear? Before connecting with others, we get to know ourselves: Find out what is behind our triggers and judgments, identify our feelings and needs. This inner clarity strengthens our self empowerment and the ability to meet others on eye level instead of betraying ourself, giving up our wishes, or dominating the conversation. We learn to better understand each other in our differences and invite cooperation. We explore movements beyond polarizing debates, while staying true to ourselves, so we can belong a bit more rather than merely fit in. ## We research how to: * Listen more deeply to ourself and gain inner clarity about our needs and what really matters to us * Realise when we need self care before connecting with others * Find inner clarity when we’re triggered * Stand honestly for our needs, express our wishes and invite cooperation * Grow capacity in understanding other viewpoints * See the beautiful messages behind our judgments and the judgments of others * Be in conflict with care and connection **Facilitation Style:** During each session, we offer theoretical input, live demonstrations, group discussions, and two to three guided exercises. We share insights and tips inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by [Yoram Mosenzon](https://www.connecting2life.net/trainer/yoram-mosenzon/) and Marshall Rosenberg. But foremost we invite you to find your own way. To develop your own communication style with your inner parts and your fellow humans. Part of the sessions will be shaped by the wishes and interests of the group. We might offer themed evenings that dive deeper into specific areas of diversity where staying connected can be difficult (such as race, gender, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, mental health, illness and disability, diet, relationship styles, cultural background, political views, and our ways of relating to money and consumption,
) or explore more depth some conflict situation. You’re warmly invited to bring your personal situations so we can work with concrete, lived experiences. \>\>\>\>\>\>\> All Info and registration here: https://interbeing\.ch/living\-diversity/

MĂ€ng - transformational game
MĂ€ng - transformational game
Join us for a live (private) session of **MĂ€ng (offline in ZĂŒrich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. MĂ€ng is a modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice — reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy. It is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** MĂ€ng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of MĂ€ng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight — while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** * People feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps * Those tired of repeating the same emotional patterns and looking for inspiration and clarity * Anyone curious about deeper transformation without spending years on it 🧭 No prior experience needed — just bring your question or theme. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF

From Hype to ROI: LLMs, Machine Learning, and Real Value in Analytics
From Hype to ROI: LLMs, Machine Learning, and Real Value in Analytics
With AI dominating every conversation, it’s becoming harder to separate real business value from hype. In this roundtable, we’ll explore how AI is actually used in modern analytics (beyond chatbots and flashy demos). Our special guest, Dr. Pawel Kampczyk, Head of AI & Data Science at Aktiia, will uncover where large language models and machine learning make a real impact, where their limits are, and how companies can use them with confidence. You’ll leave with a clearer mental model of how AI is used in marketing and analytics today. What to trust, what to double-check, and where it can drive measurable value for your business. The Analytics Roundtable will as always take place at the Advance Metrics office at the On Labs Tower in Zurich at Förrlibuckstrasse 190.

The Science of Aliens
This meeting will be a discussion of the book "the Science of Aliens" by Mark Brake
Using Philosophy to Cope with Current Events
Using Philosophy to Cope with Current Events
So this month's prompt is more general. I think we can all agree that we are living in "unique" times that require coping skills. I think that one role and/or purpose of philosophy is to help us deal with our daily lives and our "unique" times. So, let's share our feelings and thoughts about which philosopher/philosophy we turn to in order to deal with our crazy events. Who/what helps you stay focused in your daily life and helps you sleep at night. I find that Stoicism with a little philosophical pessimism mixed in goes a long way in helping me deal with what I see as very destructive, fearful and mean spirited public policies at both the state and federal levels. Hope to see you on March 28th!

**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you. The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 **Abstract** Web Forms gave .NET developers a powerful abstraction for building reusable UI controls long before design systems were a thing. Web Components finally bring that same idea to the browser natively. This session explores how the Web Forms mindset translates into Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML templates. We’ll examine how Web Components enable design systems that work across frameworks, how they differ from server‑driven controls, and why they’re becoming a foundational layer for modern UI. Whether you’re maintaining legacy apps or building greenfield projects, you’ll leave with a practical understanding of how to apply familiar patterns in a modern, standards‑based way. **YouTube Link** TBA
