This heart-opening ritual is held with care and intention, creating a safe container to open the body, quiet the mind, and connect as a community in this unique moment. ​From there, we move into a **balancing breathwork, voice activation, and body awakening**, preparing the nervous system and inviting us to fully let go. This phase supports alignment on a physical, emotional, and energetic level — setting the ground for deep expression. ​The journey then unfolds into an **authentic ecstatic dance experience**, inspired by the ancient roots of dance before DJs existed. This group is an open **space for people who already have some experience with Nonviolent Communication** and would like to continue developing their skills in a supportive environment. Together we explore real-life situations, practice empathy and honest expression. We support each other in integrating NVC more fully into daily life. La propuesta de esta actividad es ir a visitar la exposición dedicada al arquitecto Kazuo Shinohara (Japón 1925 - 2006) que se celebra en el espléndido edificio del Dipòsit del Rei Martí. La exposición, titulada *"La casa como obra de arte"*, es una muestra retrospectiva con motivo del centenario del arquitecto. Shinohara está considerado uno de los arquitectos más influyentes de su generación en la arquitectura japonesa contemporánea. Sus reflexiones arquitectónicas se centraron en la casa como medio para evocar emociones, y en la propia ciudad como fuente de experiencia emocional. La mayor parte del material que se presenta en la muestra es una reproducción de los archivos originales del arquitecto. La exposición ha sido comisariada por el arquitecto Enric Massip - Bosch, estudioso y divulgador de la obra de Kazuo Shinohara, tras formarse en el Shinohara Atelier de Japón y dedicarle en 2016 su tesis doctoral. Come out and debate whether AI is good or bad. My hot take: a labor-saving tool that could potentially help cure cancer gets called dangerous because it might raise unemployment or cause a speculative investment bubble, that tells you a lot more about capitalism and the economic system we live under than it does about the tool itself. As a computer programmer, I think AI is a wonderful tool that has increased my productivity by at least an order of magnitude. I'd go so far as to say Claude Code is the best tool I have ever used. Debate me and name a better one. Is AI potentially dangerous? Yes, but so are a lot of tools. Chainsaws. Steam engines (early ones would occasionally explode and kill everyone in the room). Do you think cavemen sat around debating whether fire could be used as a weapon or for self-harm, and decided not to discover it? I have two friends who hate AI for opposite reasons: one thinks it's a fad and not useful, and the other thinks it's going to take over everything and cause human extinction.
