This heart-opening ritual is held with care and intention, creating a safe container to open the body, quiet the mind, and connect as a community in this unique moment. ​From there, we move into a **balancing breathwork, voice activation, and body awakening**, preparing the nervous system and inviting us to fully let go. A Reiki Share is a time where Reiki practitioners and students come together to give and receive healing energy in a supportive and welcoming environment.
