This heart-opening ritual is held with care and intention, creating a safe container to open the body, quiet the mind, and connect as a community in this unique moment. ​From there, we move into a **balancing breathwork, voice activation, and body awakening**, preparing the nervous system and inviting us to fully let go. This phase supports alignment on a physical, emotional, and energetic level setting the ground for deep expression. ​The journey then unfolds into an **authentic ecstatic dance experience**, inspired by the ancient roots of dance before DJs existed.
