The Quiet Hour - Women's Circle
The Quiet Hour - Women's Circle
**The Quiet Hour** is a two-and-a-half-hour guided journey for women — a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of shared presence. When we speak about healing in this space, it is not limited to one dimension. It can touch the emotional, mental, and physical layers of our experience. The intention is to create a moment where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and we can reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and alignment within ourselves. During the evening, we guide you through meditation, visualization, sound, and gentle energy work. The vibrations of sound help the body release tension, while the guided visualization invites you to reconnect with the life you wish to create and the deeper intentions that live within you. Together, we also explore the power of identity — the understanding that the way we see ourselves shapes the life we experience. When we reconnect with our inner strength and authenticity, we begin to move from emotional chaos toward a more grounded and stable foundation within ourselves. At **SheWhoRests**, we believe that every woman carries immense strength within her. Yet even the strongest among us needs connection — someone who believes in our dreams, understands our struggles, and holds space for our journey. That is why community and connection are an important part of this gathering. Through gentle sharing and simple exercises, we create moments where women can feel supported by one another and remember that we are not walking this journey alone. The intention of The Quiet Hour is simple: to offer a space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded, more understood, and more supported in your journey.

Radical Empathy
Radical Empathy
**Radical Empathy – Navigating conflicts as a trans, non-binary, and inter person** with ***Neo Seefried*** & ***Béla Belissima*** for **LGBTQIA+** Free event with[ ](https://wearevillage.org/en/shop/radical-empathy/w16-2026)**[registration](https://wearevillage.org/shop/radical-empathy/w22-2026)** In this workshop, activist and artist **Béla Belissima** invites participants into an empowering exploration of conflict dynamics. Together, we will examine how trans-feminine and queer lived experiences shape our navigation of resistance, confrontation, and self-assertion. Drawing from her background in political education and community communications, Béla offers insights into remaining agentic during conflicts without making our identities invisible. This session provides a dedicated space for reflection and the exchange of strategies that help us set boundaries while staying connected to ourselves and our communities. **About Radical Empathy** **Radical Empathy – Tools for Togetherness** builds on Radical Empathy – Queer Storytelling for Connection (2025) and further develops the format: from collective storytelling to collective practice. The workshop series strengthens queer solidarity in all its diversity and asks: How can we stay connected, especially when things get tough? Hosted by **Neo Seefried**, the series combines collective storytelling with somatic, communicative, and creative tools to remain capable of acting in queer contexts when faced with conflicts, emotions, and differences—without avoiding or escalating them, but rather with greater clarity, care, and relational competence. Each session has its own thematic focus (including grief & death, relationships, migration, HIV/AIDS, club culture & substances, trans/inter/non-binary) and is complemented by a guest who explores the respective topic in depth. At the center is the Resonance Circle: a space for shared stories, mindful listening, and resonance—empathy as a practice that we train together and carry into our daily lives.

Silent Reading Club
Silent Reading Club
Ditch the old book club, where everyone has to read the same book...this is better! It works like this: Bring your own book. Come chat, have some tea or coffee, get to know your neighbors. Then we quietly read together, side by side, for about one hour, each one reading their own book, and afterwards we talk with each other about what we are reading. The usual agenda: - Arrival and introduction (~20 minutes) - Silent reading (~1 hour) - Discussion (~30-40 minutes) - Join us for a bite at a local restaurant afterwards, if you like! You may read in any language, you may read any book. We are a group of international residents of Berlin from many different countries, of all ages, and we converse in English. We welcome you! No registration needed – the event is donation based. All funds support the Offenes Wohnzimmer.

💥Hafenfest (harbor festival) with fireworks (free entry)🎆
This is a 5 phase meetup. You can come at any time. 1.) 6:45 -7:00 p.m.: Gathering at the meeting spot (see gmaps link!) 2.) 7:00 - 7:30 p.m.: Walk & Talk to the Kerb food court. 3.) 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.: Immerse conversations in the Kerb food court. 4.) 10:00 -10:30 p.m,: Public transport to Tempelhofer Hafen. 5.) 10:50 - 11:00 p.m.: Fireworks at Tempelhofer Hafen (free!) 🪑: Reserved tables for the meetup. **1.) How to the find Quartier 205 Stadtmitte:** [https://goo.gl/maps/6Fhft3LbPhcEsQrdA](https://goo.gl/maps/6Fhft3LbPhcEsQrdA) The exact meeting spot can be seen in the photo below! We meet on the 1st floor where the trash sculpture can be seen. Look for a meetup sign or organizer wearing a black or red lanyard with "staff" written on it. **2.) Walk & Talk to the Kerb food court** The best part. In order to extend the walk we'll stroll along Checkpoint Charlie and from there to the former Sony Center where we are going to enter the Kerb food court. **3\. How to find the Kerb food court** [https://maps.app.goo.gl/xJTQg9oBoGL67syz7](https://maps.app.goo.gl/xJTQg9oBoGL67syz7) Kerb is located at the former Sony Center. The new flagship food court of Potsdamer Platz. Most likely we will be sitting upstairs on the first floor next to the bar (take the stairs to the left). ***Best ways to get there:*** 1\. U2 \(subway\): Get off at Potsdamer Platz and walk around 7 min to Kerb. 2\. Bus M41 or M85 Get off at Potsdamer Platz and walk 5 min to Kerb. 4.) Public transport to Tempelhofer Hafen 5.) Watching the fireworks of the harbor festival! 🎆 *Who is this meetup for:* 1\. Asians who want to practice German and/or English\. 2\. German speaking individuals who are studying \(preferably\) Japanese\, Korean\, Mandarin or Cantonese\. 3\. Anyone who is interested in cultural exchange and wants to socialize\. *What you can expect:* 1\. A professionally organized meetup that can adapt to any changes given the current situation\. 2\. A collaborating venue where you can further socialize with other members\. *important: This event is held at the same time and meeting location like the "Networking & Language Exchange - 🍖international🍻" one. So I'm basically organizing 2 events at the same time which means that you can expect way more people than on the list.* *** Whenever you attend a meetup, the most common as well as first question you get is: "Where are you from?" You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did. From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach. “A person’s name is to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” - Dale Carnegie If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily. Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on. Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship. This can be accomplished with immersion. My goal is to inspire you to go out of your comfort zone and improve yourself each time you join this meetup.
Farewell Nest Party 😥
Farewell Nest Party 😥
Hi Ladies. The May Meetup. This is a sad one. Our usual venue is closing down and we are going to say goodbye and thank you for all the wonderful moments we have had! As yo know, we are a casual group, so turn up when you wish and there will be a seat saved for you and a friendly welcome. Just be sure to order food or drinks. Can't wait to see you all. It's always a deeply wonderful experience. See you there xx Moving on we will meet in other venues and parks for the summer and hopefully by winter we will have found a regular spot again.

Through the four pillars of being: mindset, movement, connection & nourishment, we will create a space where imagery, sensation, and community weave together. Where the body becomes the guide, images act as mirrors, and the soul speaks. This circle is about noticing what rises, honoring what’s true, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself ready to be seen. This is a space to gather your scattered pieces, soften your body, and return to your truth with community by your side. Soulbits Circle is a reminder that every fragment of your story, every soulbit, belongs. Together we weave them into the blooming wholeness that you are. *Energy Exchange: 1-group $20-40 or 6-group $115* *Payment Options: Venmo or Cash* **Please RSVP to [Caitlynn](https://kalikwellnesswithin.org/) via** **email @ [kalik.wellnesswithin@gmail.com](mailto:kalik.wellnesswithin@gmail.com)** **text @ ‪(614) 407-4021‬** 💫
