Este tipo de frecuencia nos bloquea, dificulta enormemente la relajación y eleva el nivel de estrés con los problemas que todo esto conlleva. Se trata, literalmente, de formatear nuestro cerebro, como si de un disco duro se tratase. ¿Significa eso que perderás información valiosa para ti? ¿que olvidarás nombres, datos importantes o recuerdos vitales? PARA NADA. Access Bars no borra ese tipo de información, llamémosla objetiva, sino que, por ejemplo, hará desaparecer puntos de vista, percepciones como “los hombres son malos” o “hay que sufrir para conseguir lo que se quiere” seas consciente de ellas o no. Estas ideas asentadas en tu mente están limitando tu capacidad de recibir mucho más de esta vida. ¿Y qué se siente después de que esas barras sean activadas en una sesión de Access Bars? El primer síntoma suele ser una relajación profunda como casi nunca antes se ha experimentado. Muchas personas se duermen durante la sesión, otras entran en un estado de entresueño, en el que parecen dormidas pero están conscientes. En este estado de la mente, el inconsciente comienza a soltar y eliminar la basura acumulada durante años de forma suave y placentera. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
