Flow & Connect is a balanced vinyasa yoga class designed to help you move, reset and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re a local, part of Prague’s international community, or just visiting, the class offers a welcoming space to practice and meet new people. The practice focuses on healthy, breath-led movement that builds strength, mobility and balance while leaving you feeling energized and grounded. Classes are held in small groups, allowing for a more personal approach with clear guidance and variations so everyone can adapt the practice to their own level.
