**Job searching can be confusing, emotionally demanding, and sometimes overwhelming — especially during periods of transition or uncertainty.** This workshop is a supportive, exploratory space for anyone navigating the job-search process and wanting more clarity, confidence, and grounding. Rather than focusing on performance or “having the right answers,” we’ll focus on **understanding where we are**, how uncertainty shows up for us, and how to talk about our experiences in a more compassionate and constructive way. During the workshop, we will: * normalize uncertainty as a natural part of professional transitions * reflect on how recent experiences have affected our confidence and direction * explore what gives us energy and what drains it in our daily and weekly activities * start building language around motivation, values, and professional identity * connect these insights to job searching and interview communication This session is **not about making big life decisions** or figuring everything out. It’s about **noticing patterns, gaining perspective, and feeling less alone in the process**. Come join us for an afternoon run/jog/walk We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”. How it works: we don’t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize. Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 14:30. Don’t worry if there are few registrations on Meetup.
