In 2024, he received the DAIR "Lifetime achievement in AI" award for his research and research communication. Topic: Intentions, attention and social intelligence. Human social intelligence relies heavily on our ability to infer what others intend to do or what their focus of attention is. Fluent human-robot interaction requires robots to have similar abilities. But how to give them that? What are the relevant paradigms and methods within AI, and what can we learn from philosophy and cognitive psychology to help us built more socially intelligent and situation-aware robots for the future? **Sofie Grue Haumann** has been working with AI adoption since 2016, starting her career in a startup and now holding the role of AI Enablement Lead, Enterprise AI at Novo Nordisk. She has a background from CBS and her focus has always been on enhancing people-centric AI adoption, bridging the gap between innovative technology, user engagement and enablement. Fake news, generated AI and the future of โ€œrealityโ€
Fake news, generated AI and the future of โ€œrealityโ€
**Truth, Trust, Technology, and a World You Canโ€™t Quite Verify** Weโ€™re entering a time where seeing is no longer believing. AI can generate voices, faces, videos, articlesโ€”and entire narrativesโ€”almost indistinguishable from reality. When everything can be fabricated perfectly, what happens to truth, trust, and our shared sense of whatโ€™s real? This isnโ€™t a media literacy workshop or a tech lecture. Itโ€™s a philosophical conversation about reality itself in an age of artificial generation. *** **Topics weโ€™ll touch on:** * When AI can fake anything, does โ€œtruthโ€ still exist in a meaningful way? * Deepfakes, synthetic news, and the erosion of shared facts * Is reality becoming personalizedโ€”different for each of us? * Who decides what is real: humans, algorithms, platforms, or states? * Can democracy survive without a common understanding of truth? * Are we heading toward radical skepticismโ€”or digital authoritarianism? * And finallyโ€ฆ how do we live well when certainty itself starts to dissolve? Casual discussion. No technical background needed. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to question what you think you know. Whether you feel worried, intrigued, or strangely detached from it allโ€”youโ€™re not alone. Letโ€™s question the images, the storiesโ€”and maybe even our own assumptions about reality.

Climbing @ Bison
Climbing @ Bison
**Hi everyone** ๐Ÿ‘‹ \*A few people has asked if they can join if the event is full, and of course. Just write a comment, so I have a overview.\* Iโ€™m David, and Iโ€™d love to start a social bouldering club for anyone who wants to climb, hang out, and meet new people! I will arrange a meetup climbing event every 2nd week or once a month, at different climbing gyms around the city. The focus is on: โ€ข ๐Ÿง—โ€โ™‚๏ธ Climbing and challenging ourselves โ€ข ๐Ÿค Being social and building a fun community โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ช Training together โ€“ all levels welcome Iโ€™ve been climbing for about 1.5 years, so Iโ€™m still in my learning phase, but Iโ€™m more than happy to help beginners get started and share the basics with anyone whoโ€™s new. We will start at **Bison in the meatpacking district the 21 February @ 14.00** oโ€™clock. If people want, we can go for a drink or a bit of food afterwards. There will be a warm up and cool down, focusing on climbing and mobility. If you want to join in on that, otherwise drop in when ever. If youโ€™re interested in joining, just drop a comment. Looking forward to climbing with you all! ๐Ÿ™Œ **Short Overview of Boulder Gyms in Copenhagen and bouldering is:** **Beta Boulders** A modern and friendly gym with lots of different wall styles. Great for both beginners and experienced climbers, and thereโ€™s a nice training area as well. **Bison Boulders** Located a bit outside the city, but very relaxed and welcoming. Good variety of routes and plenty of space. A calm, nice atmosphere. **Boulders CPH** One of the biggest and most popular bouldering gyms in Copenhagen. Many routes for all levels and a very social environment. **What Is Bouldering?** Bouldering is a type of climbing done at low heights โ€” usually up to around 4โ€“5 meters โ€” **without ropes or harnesses**. Instead, there are thick mats on the floor for safety. You only need climbing shoes, which you can rent, and maybe some chalk for your hands. Climbs are short โ€œproblemsโ€ or routes that you try to solve using balance, technique, and strength. Some are easy, some are challenging, and you can always choose the level that fits you. Bouldering is also very social โ€” people often help each other, share tips, cheer each other on, and have fun together. Itโ€™s perfect for meeting new people while getting a good workout.
Cozy social Saturday afternoon run/jog/walk
Cozy social Saturday afternoon run/jog/walk
Come join us for an afternoon run/jog/walk! We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in โ€œabout usโ€. How it works: we donโ€™t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize. Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 14:30. Donโ€™t worry if there are few registrations on Meetup. We have existed for 44 years, and a lot of our members (anywhere from 20 to 50 people) just show up. Four-legged friends are welcome! We never cancel. See you there!

Spec-Driven Development with GitHub Spec-Kit - Barret Blake
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you. The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge. **Abstract** *Spec-Driven Development with GitHub Spec-Kit: From Intent to Implementation* Spec-driven development flips the traditional workflow on its head: instead of code being the source of truth, the specification becomes the backbone of design, collaboration, and delivery. In this session, weโ€™ll explore how GitHub Spec-Kit enables teams to treat specifications as first-class artifactsโ€”living documents that drive architecture, implementation, and verification. Youโ€™ll learn how Spec-Kit helps teams clearly express intent using structured, version-controlled specs that live alongside code. Weโ€™ll walk through a practical workflow that starts with defining system behavior and constraints, then progressively refines those specs into testable, automatable outcomes. Along the way, weโ€™ll show how specs can reduce ambiguity, improve cross-functional collaboration, and make design decisions explicit before a single line of production code is written. This talk will cover: --What spec-driven development is (and what it isnโ€™t) --How GitHub Spec-Kit fits into modern developer workflows --Using specs to align product, engineering, and AI-assisted development --Real-world examples of turning specs into implementations with confidence Whether youโ€™re building greenfield systems, integrating AI into your stack, or trying to reduce costly rework, spec-driven development offers a scalable way to move faster without sacrificing clarity. Attendees will leave with concrete patterns and a clear mental model for adopting GitHub Spec-Kit in their own projects. **YouTube Link** TBA
