In yoga, the primary meaning of Vinyasa is “union of breath and movement”. The traditional sun salutation is an example of this, in which each movement is connected to a part of the breath. Vinyasa Yoga refers to a form of yoga that follows a specific series of asanas (postures). These postures are performed in sequence to create a specific pattern or fluid flow. The benefits of practising yoga are manifold, including improving one's attitude towards life. The *Sentee di Sort* is a beautiful trail rich in scenic viewpoints and panoramic spots, connecting the villages of Rovella and Moltrasio on Lake Como.
