We ARE mtg In-Person every week! In person, we are meeting at Capital One Cafe--in the Domain--out in the coffee shop (unless it's crowded, and we'll be back where the tables are). If you get there first grab a couple of tables, we'll be there. We are a very informal group. There is no set agenda! Just come with your laptop and your questions! As part of the [Arduino Days 2026](https://days.arduino.cc/about) world-wide celebration, we will be meeting in-person and online to talk about all things related to the Arduino platform. For the best possible experience, please attend in person and bring a laptop with a USB port, and your project or project ideas. We will have several Arduino computers available to borrow and experiment with during the meeting, including the new [Arduino Uno Q](https://www.arduino.cc/product-uno-q). Beginners and Experts are welcome to attend and participate! A rough agenda for the meeting shall be: \* **Workshop and Live Demo:** A short interactive hands-on introduction to Arduino. For online participants, we'll use [Tinkercad](https://www.tinkercad.com/). For in-person participants, we'll have a few Arduinos available to experiment with. Depending on the experience and interest of the participants, we might skip this introduction. \* **Ask the Arduino Expert:** Get Arduino project help from the experts. Got a problem with a project you're working on, or need advice on getting started? Get in-person and online help to get you going! We'll go around the room and see what each person needs help with. \* **Show-and-Tell:** Got an Arduino or other digital electronics project to share? Talk about it informally and share what you've learned! It can be as simple as a Blink project or as complex as an Edge AI application. You do not need to be an expert in the subject matter. \* **Open Day:** Work on your projects during the meeting. You can listen, share, or get going on your projects, whatever you decide! Bring your soldering iron and tools. \* **Build a Project Team**: Looking for project help on a longer-term basis? Share your project and find willing participants to help you finish it!

Bring a whiteboard or a laptop or a piece of paper. We will be solving 1 easy and 1 medium problem on LeetCode. We have no rules for being late or leaving early, you can be late and start from the second problem or do the first one and leave. The main idea is to work together on it, share thoughts and discuss a solution. For those who don't like the time pressure during the session, I will be posting problems in the comments for the session 1 day in advance.

Caution: This is an advanced and strenuous hike. We try to keep a quick pace to make this a challenging workout. Known as "Nature's Stairmaster", this strenuous hike is not recommended for beginners. There are 2763 steps with 1800 feet of elevation change - in each direction! You're welcome to join us at 6:30am, at 7:15am, or for both hikes depending on your fitness level. Afterwards, you're more than welcome to join us at Rudy's on 620 for breakfast tacos. We usually have 10-15 people show up for this hike. Hope to see you there! 6:30am - 2 miles (40 minutes) This is the hardest part of the trail which makes it great for conditioning. We will be starting at the Canyon Trail trailhead, hiking to Noggin' Knocker, and back. You will need a head lamp! 7:15am - 5.5 miles (2hrs) We will be starting at the Canyon Trail trailhead, hiking to the Fern Trail Trailhead, taking a 5-10 minute break, and then hiking back to where we started. IMPORTANT NOTE: On weekends, they charge a $10 fee per hiker (and $10 per dog) starting around 7:15am to hike this trail. If you're showing up for the 7:15am hike, be a little early and wait by the trail kiosk, or prepared to pay the fee. If you're already on the trail when they start collecting, they don't make you pay. What to bring with you: Lots of water (preferably with electrolytes) and a good pair of hiking or trail running shoes. If it's wet, or you're new to this trail, trekking poles can be a big help. How to find us: We will be standing near the trailhead kiosk at the Canyon Trail trailhead entrance. NOTE: There are no restrooms or water at this trailhead. **Complex Trauma Support Group** Our group is intended for survivors of complex trauma. If you are here, it’s likely that so much of who you are and what you have experienced in this life is actually invisible to most people––to family, society, coworkers, and the people who are around you. We are a peer-led group of survivors creating opportunities for ourselves and others to share our experiences, share support, and build relationships in kind community together. Survivor experiences might include: child sexual abuse, incest, child trafficking, and other experiences of people living with traumatic dissociation and complex PTSD. **What to expect at your first meeting:** Currently, we are offering a bi-monthly in person group at 2:00pm on the first and third Sunday of the month. The only criterion for joining the group is that you are a survivor of trauma wishing to have more kindness in your own life and share kindness with others, and that you agree to practice to group’s relational agreements available for view here: https://www.kindgroups.com/agreements. Joining the group is free of charge. We ask that new people connect with us for 30 minutes on the phone or on zoom before coming to their first group, so that we can determine together that we are a good fit.
