Fortlaufend werden auf WordPress-Websites von Bots automatische „Brute Force Attacken” ausgeübt. Mit einer Serie ziemlich fieser Bot-Attacken wird die WP-Website nachhaltig auf Schwachstellen abgeklopft. Ziel ist das System zu übernehmen, andere Inhalte auf der Website zu platzieren oder sogar Schadsoftware zu installieren.
