*«Qui ara vulgui fer de campaner, ha d’ésser o molt missaire o un guillat»* **Ai, ai, ai, a veure què ens tenen preparat els de Cultura i Oci… Què vol dir ser un “tocacampanes”?** No sera el mateix que *“els que toquen el que no hi sona”?* *Què volen dir amb això? **No anirà amb segones, no?*** **Noooo, tranquils!** Ningú és un “tocacampanes” (de moment), us hem preparat una sortida molt interessant i divertida! Això és perquè ens aproparem a **Òs de Balaguer** per conèixer de primera mà l‘ofici de campaner i la seva història, i, inclús, realitzar un petit taller i obtenir el vostre títol de *“Tocacampanes”*! No sé si serà bona idea incloure-ho al vostre currículum, però escolta, mai se sap! **L’ofici de campaner amb el temps s’ha anat perdent.** Tot i això, en alguns campanars del nostre país encara hi ha gent que toca les campanes a mà, esforçant-se perquè l’art de tocar les campanes no caigui en l’oblit. **Doncs en aquest dia ho reviurem!** En aquesta activitat coneixerem el repic de les campanes, la seva funció en èpoques passades i en l’actualitat, ah! I si teniu unes bones capacitats, potser inclòs us podreu endur a casa el carnet de *“tocacampanes”*! Així que començarem la nostra aventura a Òs de Balaguer, fent una visita guiada **al seu castell i al museu de les campanes**. El castell *Malignum Castrum* és d’origen àrab i formava part de la frontera de l’Al-Laridi contra els carolingis. Fortificat l’any 1035, va ser rehabilitat el 2011. Durant l’edat mitjana va ser una plaça estratègica molt important i va ser escenari de fets destacats, com les batalles entre els comtes d’Urgell i els de Cabrera o l’entrega del castell per part de Ferran I d’Antequera al cavaller Joan Vivot, al 1415. La part més antiga del castell d’Os de Balaguer correspon a una torre gairebé cilíndrica, que podria datar del *segle XII.* La construcció s’ubica sobre un turó que domina tot el poble. En el seu interior, es troba la sala gòtica on actualment hi ha el Museu de Campanes de Catalunya. **Farem una visita guiada al seu castell i desprès ens espera una visita al Museu de les campanes, ubicat al mateix castell.** Després aprofitarem per apropar-nos a **Montsonís** per fer una petita **visita guiada al seu castel**l abans de dinar. El **Castell de Montsonís** va ser construït en *l‘any 1024* per ordre del Comte d’Urgell, Ermengol II.
