Physical Meetup - The five GTD steps and a deep dive into the Capture step
Dear all,
Once again, it is time for a physical Meetup in the GTD Copenhagen Community. We will meet at Danske Regioner, DampfĂŚrgevej 22, 2100 København Ă, where Bente Villumsen will host the meeting. We will meet on Tuesday, 13th of January, at 17.00.
The topic for the meeting is **the five GTD steps with a deep dive into the Capture step**. So come and join us if you would like a chance to improve your own GTD system.
Our Copenhagen-based GTD Coach, Michael Eltong Gade, will take us through all five steps of GTD before we focus on the Capture step.
We hope that the topic will give you the tools to make 2026 a great GTD year.
After the presentation, we will discuss our own GTD Systems and focus on the Capture step. You will get ideas to improve the Capture step from Michael and the meeting participants.
If time allows, we will discuss tips and tricks for challenges you have with the GTD practice.
We look very much forward to seeing you.
Best regards,
Bente Villumsen, Jens Hynne Petersen, and Michael Eltong Gade
Shut Up & Write!ÂŽ in Amager
**Co-working for writers in Amager!**
Join us for an hour of focused writing time. All writers and all experience levels are welcome and donât worry, no one will see what you've written. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in the area.
We meet in this lovely spacious cafĂŠ, chilled out, usually not very busy at this time, with an on-site bakery of delicious pastries. Once everyone is here and settled, I will lead a quick introduction, and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session.
After the hour is up feel free to chat / take off / keep writing if you're on a roll. We often talk about our successes and challenges as writers, and it can be a great way to learn from eachother.
**A note about the format**
We donât host critiques or readings. These events are a safe space for writers of all skill levels and genres to work on their craft, so no one will read or critique your writing.
For our full event schedule, visit [https://shutupwrite.com](https://shutupwrite.com)
**Practical Details:**
WiFi name / password: Kasada / haveaniceday
Travel / Parking info: Kasada is just a few minutes walk from Lergravsparken Metro Station.
We will usually be at the (only) round table, with power outlets if you need one.
Venue Guidelines: Please thank our hosts by purchasing something.
Shut Up & Write!⢠Copenhagen
Join us for an hour of writing! Weâve discovered that itâs strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if itâs true for you at our Copenhagen Shut Up & Write! sessions.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, rĂŠsumĂŠ, melody, poem, or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
SCHEDULE:
- 15 minutes of hellos and getting settled; maybe some quick intros.
- Then, the timer starts! : writing for 1 hour.
- After the hour is up... chat / take off / keep writing, if you're on a roll.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens once the hour of writing is complete. Writing can be very solitary... connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.
It's best to be on time, but BEING LATE IS ALSO OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check in with us after the session. (Weâll be the ones with the small Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
What Should I Bring?
Whatever you need to be able to write!
Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block the cafeâs overhead music or the occasional conversation by other patrons.
Coffee Talk
Fulfillment. Joy. â Do you know what it is? Do you feel it now?
Many of us are living lives that have âjust sort of happenedâ. We had a dream, a vision (maybe we still do) for what we wanted our lives to look like. Somewhere along the way, life took over and something else ended up happening. We made decisions, took a turn down a path, and now our life isnât what we thought it would be.
Or weâre living someone elseâs life. Maybe itâs what our parentâs wanted for us. What we believe our partner or a potential partner might want. Or maybe itâs what we believe we need to do and have to be happy. I was one of these people. My life checked all the boxes for what I thought I needed in order to be happy. And still, I wasnât.
Join me for a coffee talk on what it means to live a Life By Design. Where your choices are deliberate and based on your authentic, true self. What you have to let go off to achieve this (hint: the notion that vulnerability is a weakness and feelings of fear and guilt) and who you will become in the process.
Tuesday Foodclub
We are a group of people meeting on Tuesdays to socialize around cooking and eating together. Usually around 40-50 people. Many are international students, but also other people join. The foodclub exist independent of Meetup, we invite you because we have room for a few more people.
The food is vegan and made from donated leftover veggies from a local greengrocery.
The place has originally hosted leftwing activist groups, and many of the people joining are also involved in political groups.
If you want to join for chopping and cooking, we will be doing that from 3 to 6 pm. It is possible to join part of the time.
From 6 to 8pm we are serving food. Donation around 30 kroner. If you are helping out some hours, chopping, cooking or cleaning, you can eat for free.
From 8 to 9 - 9:30 pm we are cleaning up the place.
We hope to see you in our lovely foodclub <3

In-Person Psychedelic Peer Support Integration Circle
**About The Peer Integration Circle**
The peer psychedelic integration circle is in collaboration with Keith Miller, LCSW-C and [Calliope Health](https://calliope.health/). Integration circles will now be moving from last Tuesday of the month to the last Wednesday. Additional information is available on the [Calliope Health site](https://calliope.health/psychedelic-integration-group/).
This group is for those who have already had experiences with psychedelics. Other groups would be more suitable for those that have not had psychedelic experiences.
***Please note!!! RSVP is required for this event.***
Psychedelic integration is a way of turning the insights and experiences we have when we use psychedelics into lasting behavior and lifestyle changes. Itâs a process of becoming whole, moving from altered states to altered traits. A Peer Integration Circle is a group meeting where people take turns listening to and sharing their experiences, thoughts, and feelings relating to psychedelic integration.
**Cost**
Free
**Co-Facilitators**
Keith Miller, LCSW-C and TBD
**This group may be right for you if you:**
* Have past experience using psychedelics
* Want to talk through your psychedelic experiences openly with supportive people
* Seek additional strategies for continuing your integration process
* Wish to support others in their personal growth within an inclusive and judgment-free space
**This group may NOT be right for you if you:**
* Hope that attending might replace your need for professional treatment of any mental health problems you might have
* Are looking for group psychotherapy, medical care, or psychiatric treatment or advice
* Had a challenging experience with psychedelics that continues to cause you distress
* Want to find out where to access illegal substances or guides or practitioners working âundergroundâ
**How it Works**
Here are a few things to know about how our peer psychedelic integration group works:
* Tea and water will be provided
* Please plan to attend the full duration of the event. Late arrivals and early departures disrupt the safety of our space. Doors will close at 6:55pm
* There is a 15-person limit for this event, so that everyone will have the chance to speak and be heard. You must register via our MeetUp page.
**Our Expectations of all Participants**
To help keep our time together focused, meaningful, and safe for everyone, we ask that you abide by these expectations:
* We treat all people within our circle with courtesy, compassion, and respect, regardless of age, ability, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
* We do not encourage or condone any illegal activities, the purchase, sale, transfer, or use of any illegal substances, or partaking in any unlawful activities related to illegal substances. For those who choose to partake, we encourage safety and awareness from a harm reduction standpoint.
* We do not use illegal substances during our meetings.
* Please do not use the group for references to ceremonies or where/how to find illegal substances, online and/or in person.
* Do not bring, buy, sell, transfer, or arrive under the influence of any illegal substances, or swap information on how to acquire them through the group, online and/or in person.
* Anyone who disregards these basic requests will be asked to leave the group and not be permitted to return. Thank you for respecting the safety of the space we are co-creating.
**Finally**
* *We ask you not to show up without registration.*
* Attending these meetings does not create a treatment relationship. Any attendees requiring medical or psychiatric treatment will be offered referrals to professional care.
* If you have concerns about accessibility, please contact the facilitator at the email below.
* If you wish to speak to somebody about difficult psychedelic experiences and are unsure where to turn, immediate and free peer support is available from the psychedelic helpline [Fireside Project](https://firesideproject.org/).
