Le garder sous contrôle —(fiabilité, coûts, conformité et sécurité ) c'est une autre histoire. Prompt injection, model evasion, data poisoning : les menaces sur les workloads ML sont réelles et largement sous-monitorées. Dans ce talk, on construit ensemble un dashboard Grafana qui couvre les trois dimensions, avec des alertes concrètes sur des patterns d'attaque détectables en temps réel. **Structure :** 1. **Le problème** : Un modèle en prod n'est pas une API classique : non-déterminisme, dégradation silencieuse, coûts variables… et surface d'attaque spécifique 2. **Les métriques qui comptent** : Latence, token consumption, drift detection côté fiabilité.
