In this session, we'll explore why these conversations are so hard, what makes us avoid them and how we can approach them with more confidence. Bring the conversation you've been putting off - or the one you finally had and learned from - and let's work through it together. Beyond the topic, there's always room to put your own challenges on the table, whatever you're navigating right now as a leader. The Leadership Gap exists to be the room where you can think out loud with people who get it, and we want to shape it around what matters most to you.
