Shut-Up & Write Zehlendorf meets Fridays, except during school holidays, following the standard format of 15 minutes to say hello, followed by two 45 minute writing sessions and a break in between. The location is a cozy coworking space, which means it's quite peaceful, with no music playing or customers chatting around us. Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen, so there's no pressure to purchase anything (though donations are welcome!). So come and join us for some quiet work in a quiet space. **What is EP Writers Club?** EP Writers Club is a gathering for **people who write** and want to discuss what they have written. Whether you've written essays, articles, newsletters, blog posts, research papers, book chapters, long-form articles, research notes, books in progress, or works in progress, this is a space to talk about your work and the thinking behind it. **Why Does it Exist ?** Many people write in isolation. They research alone, think alone, and publish alone. They rarely get the opportunity to discuss what they have written with other people who are actively writing. **The goal :** bring something you've written and let's discuss it. This is a space for you to talk about what you have written, what inspired the piece, what questions you are trying to answer, what you have discovered so far, and where your thinking is leading you. The piece does not need to be finished. Together we will explore how filmmakers find images, symbols and moments that make an idea or emotion tangible and memorable.
