**How we play** Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Players are welcome Number of courts depends on the number of players * 4-5 players: one court * 8-10 players: two courts * 12-14 players: three courts Teams are mixed all the time. So you will play with/against different players during the event * Teams are put together based on their skill level * We focus on having balanced teams **Equipment** * I provide balls (usually Bullpadel Next) * If you need a racket, you can rent it from me for 2 € (limited number available). You can also rent a racket from the venue for 5 € **Price** * 16-19 € for 2 hours depending on number of players * I use the money to cover the costs for the court, balls and rackets. * You can pay via Revolut, PayPal, instant Bank Transfer or Cash. I prefer transfer over cash. **Cancellation** * Please cancel at least 10h before the event, to give people on the wait list the chance to jump in. Otherwise a late cancellation fee of 10 € must be paid. * Cancel at least 26h before the event in case the wait list is empty. Otherwise a late cancellation fee will be charged * Late Cancellation fees will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (Ärzte ohne Grenzen). * I understand that sometimes unexpected things can come up. However, not showing up and failing to let me know is considered disrespectful and goes against the community spirit. People doing uncommented no-shows have to pay the full event fee. **Important** * Playing competitive is allowed (Smashing balls, hitting balls close to opponent player etc.) * We still value fair play and sportsmanship. * Having fun together is way more important as winning. **Other information** * The venue has courts **outdoor only**. Dress accordingly to the weather * We are respectful and warm with each other. We have a fabulous party planned for America's 250th birthday! A delicious buffet featuring: pulled pork, buffalo wings with blue cheese dip, steak fries, corn on the cob, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and green salad. Join us for some focused writing time. All writers and all experience levels are welcome and don’t worry, no one will see what you've written. Whether it‘s your blog, a report, your thesis, your next book, copy for your website, or just your daily journaling, it doesn’t matter. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in your area. When you show up, say hello to everyone, grab a drink, and get your writing tools ready. Once you’re all settled, take some time to chat with your fellow writers. Once everyone’s arrived, I will lead quick introductions and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session. Afterward, we’ll have time to chat and get to know each other. We often talk about our successes and challenges as writers. If you don’t have time to stick around, no worries! Welcome to our cozy **The Psychology and Personal Growth Circle** which is part of the Social Book Club! We will meet to discuss the book “**Thinking, Fast and Slow**" (499 pages) written by Daniel Kahneman. The idea is to connect with like minded readers that love to grow and get to know themselves better through reading and especially applying knowledge from books. We meet up once a month and talk about our progress applying knowledge from a certain book and our experience. The event will take place at the volunteer organisation **MUT**. It is an organisation to supports humans, animals and the environment especially in Vienna. MUT or the Social Book Club look forward to some donation to cover the cost of this event. This is a **free** event. Hello friends! Meet us there at 14:00 with your favourite blanket and whatever you want to eat and drink. Also a bathing suit and towel in case you want to jump into the water and splash around. We will be able to play badminton, volleyball and whatever else you want if you bring the necessary equipment. In addition, there may be music to make the atmosphere even more cheerful. The event is non-profit, so bring anything you want to share with other participants. Want to learn pickleball in a fun, low-pressure setting? I’m hosting a free beginner-friendly meetup at Olentangy Parklands to help new players learn the basics and get comfortable on the court. I’m a pretty skilled player and will walk everyone through the essentials, including rules, scoring, serving, basic strategy, and how to start playing real games. No experience needed. We’ll meet on the upper courts. Bring a pickleball paddle if you have one. If not, no problem, I’ll have some extras available for people to use. This event is meant for beginners and anyone curious about trying pickleball for the first time. Come ready to move, learn, and have fun.
