Join us for our regular and casual Sunday afternoon / evening playing Padel. **How we play** Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Players are welcome Number of courts depends on the number of players * 4-7 players: one court * 8-11 players: two courts * 12-15 players: three courts Ideally, 6, 10 or 14 players are attending * Then you play two matches in a row and then take a break * A match is played in a single set. First team reaching four games wins the match. We play a minimum of six games per set (means even after 4:0 you still play two more games in this set) If an odd number of players are attending, we adapt to the situation Teams are mixed all the time. So you will play with/against different players during the event * Teams are put together based on their skill level * We focus on having balanced teams **Price** * 10 € for 1h * 17 € for 2h * If you need a racket, you can rent it from us for 2 € (limited number available). This is our weekly event! ----------------- Hey Badminton Enthusiasts! This meet-up is for all levels: beginners, intermediates and experts. Everyone is welcome to join, test their skills and have some fun together! The host will reserve courts in advance, that means please only register if you really plan to come (or cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts). The fee for this event is 12€ (for the 2 hours). If you plan on paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as the host might not have any change available. We are meeting at about 10:25 am near the reception by the lounge area (next to the courts). Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but for the men lockers you need a padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, bring clean indoor sports shoes, your racket and a water bottle with you. There is a drinking fountain available if you need to replenish your bottle. If you do not have a racket, it is possible to rent rackets from the club, if necessary (3€). Sometimes the host or other members have spare rackets - please ask in the comment section below! We play 2 hours. Usually 6vs6 + player from each side that changes while rotating. First 15-20 minutes is warm-up and practice, then we play.
Number of courts: 1. 📍Location: School in Prizgasse 3, 1220 Wien. The entrance to the court is located on the left side of the main entrance. So if you stay facing the main entrance, you need to turn left, walk till the corner of the building, turn right and walk till you see the glass door. When you enter the glass door - you skip first court on the left, continue going straight. Then you will have one more glass door - and then on the left side you will find the wardrobe for guys, next one is for girls. Enter and you will see the court. Join your fellow young Americans living in Vienna for our first trivia night! Whether you are new to the city, studying here, or a long-time resident, everyone is welcome to join us for a night of trivia, good company, and conversation. We will have board and card games of all sorts available to play, so come and be a part of our vibrant community and make new friends in Vienna! The location is Charlie P's, a pub, at Währinger Straße 3, 1090 Vienna. We'll be meeting at 7:30pm, and trivia goes from 8-10pm. Can't get there by 7:30pm but can join later, or need to leave early?
