In this course, we will build on and review the topics from Casino III–V. To join, you should already be familiar with figures such as: **enchufla variations, desplazamientos (saloneo / paseos), Coca-Cola, vacílala**, and similar material. We will continue adding **footwork and arm styling (functional styling)** to enrich your dancing while keeping your movements clear, connected, and functional. ✨ In addition, we will explore how to enrich your dancing with elements from other Cuban dances. You will learn to use your body more consciously and to interpret the music through movement, rhythm, and personal expression — rather than simply connecting one figure after another. Cuban Salsa (Timba) is deeply connected to other Cuban dance and music traditions, such as **Rumba Guaguancó**. Looking for a relaxed way to play table tennis after work? Then feel free to join us! We meet every Thursday from around 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (18:30 - 20:30) at the table tennis tables at Lietzensee. Everyone is welcome – whether you are a beginner, casual player, or experienced. You are also welcome to bring friends along. The focus is on having fun, getting some movement outdoors, and meeting new people. Just show up and join in! ## How we play Usually, we have at least two tables available, as long as they are not already taken. Depending on the number of people and the mood, we either play casual matches, 1-on-1 games across two tables, or small friendly tournaments. This way, there is usually something for everyone. ## Good to know * Everyone is welcome. * Friends and acquaintances are welcome to join. * Please bring your own paddle if possible. * If you don’t have one, no problem – I will bring a few extra paddles that can be borrowed. * The group is loosely organized – feel free to just show up and play. * As we play outdoors, we are dependent on the weather. Wenn man erfolgreich den Ball in den Korb geworfen hat geht man weiter und wirft nochmal, doch diesmal mit der anderen Hand. Jedoch, wenn der Ball nicht in den Korb geht, dann ist der nächste Spieler an der Reihe. Erst nach Zehn. Eventuell wird es auch etwas Musik mit der JBL sein. Come join us in this contemporary dance workshop. Beginner friendly, no previous dance experience needed! Language: English. This is a **shuffle/cutting shapes** class for **beginner** and **intermediate** shufflers where we'll be learning a **fun and melodic choreo**.
