Kommt am 2. Montagabend im Monat ins Offene Wohnzimmer zum Open Draw! Raucht Euch auch manchmal der Kopf von zu viel PC-Arbeit? Der Asphalt der Stadt ist heute wieder viel zu grau? Mit Musik im Hintergrund sowie Wein, Tee und Snacks im Repertoire wird dann gekleckst, gemalt, gezeichnet, geklebt, geredet und gelacht. Das Ganze kann sehr ambitioniert stattfinden, aber genauso zum Hirn-abschalten dienen. Austausch, Bilderswapping und gegenseitige Tipps/Kritik sind sehr willkommen. Material stellen wir (Kreide, Bleistift, Wasserfarbe, Acrylfarbe, Pastellstifte, Kohle, Papierbögen, Spiegel, Postkarten, Zeichenbücher, Illustrierte). Sujet kann alles sein: Der/die Tischnächste, der letzte Traum, oder der Feldhase Dürers. Technik auch: Von (Selbst)portrait über Stilleben bis zur Comiczeichnung soll alles abgedeckt werden. Wir werden uns am Dienstag unseren **Anteilen** zuwenden, die irgendwann in unserer Biographie schmerzhaft **alleine gelassen** wurden und womöglich immer noch manchmal aktiviert werden. Rückwirkend **beruhigen** wir sie und geben ihnen Sicherheit. Auch erforschen wir das **Alleinesein** als Ressource und **Quelle der Freude**. Wenn das aber selten unser Empfinden ist und wir meistens doch eher am Alleinesein leiden, dann schauen wir, ob wir mit solchen Situationen **gelassener** umgehen können. Und ob uns die oben beschriebene mögliche Beruhigung der Anteile dabei helfen kann. Besonders von Bedeutung könnte dabei sein, dass viele von uns, vor allem in der Generation X und davor, sehr häufig, dem damaligen Zeitgeist entsprechend, in den ersten Lebenstagen von der Mutter für oft längere Zeitperioden getrennt wurden. **Darin sind wir aber nicht alleine** und darüber können wir uns austauschen! I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise.
