Agent-Powered Development with Google Antigravity
Modern software development is rapidly shifting from tool-driven workflows to agent-powered systems that can reason, act, and collaborate alongside developers. This talk introduces Google Antigravity, an emerging agent-first development platform from Google Cloud, designed to move beyond code assistance toward autonomous, skill-based AI agents.
In this session, we explore how Antigravity enables developers to create and extend custom agent skills that perform real actions—such as executing workflows, integrating external services, and automating complex development tasks. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of Antigravity’s architecture, the role of skills in agent orchestration, and how agent-powered development changes the way software is designed, built, and maintained.

2 Day Real Estate Investing Intensive
**Day 1 — Foundation & Deal Control**
This two-day, end-of-month Real Estate Investing (REI) Intensive is designed for investors who want real traction, not theory. Day One is about controlling the deal flow. We break down how to find opportunities in today’s market, underwrite them correctly, and avoid the emotional and financial traps that wipe out most new and mid-level investors. You’ll learn how operators are sourcing deals right now, how to analyze markets and properties with discipline, and how to structure acquisitions so the numbers work before you ever swing a hammer. This is about building a repeatable system—not chasing the next shiny strategy.
**Day 2 — Capital, Execution & Scale**
Day Two shifts from deals to execution and scale. We go deep on renovation management, capital stack planning, and exit strategies—fix and flip, buy-and-hold, and hybrid plays—so you understand how to protect downside risk and maximize upside. You’ll see real case studies, real numbers, and real mistakes made by experienced operators, not influencers. The intensive closes by connecting the dots between education and action, showing you how to plug into ongoing coaching, deal opportunities, and higher-level collaboration for investors who are serious about building long-term wealth, not just doing a one-off deal.

Self-Love: Confidence Through Expression
Confidence can be cultivated in many ways—through reflection, conversation, creativity, and practice. In this Confidence Lab session, we’ll explore one powerful pathway: **building confidence from the inside out through physical expression and movement**.
This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body as a source of insight, self-trust, and presence. We’ll begin by grounding into what’s bringing you here, creating space to notice how your body is showing up and what it’s holding. From there, you’ll be guided through accessible movement exercises that invite awareness and choice—isolating different parts of the body, experimenting with movement, and practicing what it feels like to take up space intentionally.
Next, you’ll participate in a small-group dance lesson led in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No dance experience is needed. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on expression, curiosity, and allowing yourself to move with confidence as you are.
We’ll close with a reflective group discussion, exploring what emerged during the experience and how these insights can be applied beyond the studio—how you inhabit your body, how you carry yourself, and how you show up in everyday life.
**What to know:**
* Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you feel good moving in
* No dance experience required
* Light snacks and beverages will be provided
This session is for anyone interested in deepening their relationship with confidence by listening to their body, expanding their capacity for self-expression, and practicing self-love as an embodied experience.
