Everything Is As It Should Be is an evening breathwork ceremony about slowing down, coming back to the present moment, and allowing yourself to enjoy what is already here. Through breath, music and gentle guidance, held by the presence of the group, we will create space to release accumulated tension and melt into the body, the breath and the room. The practice is focused on the quality of enjoying the moment — a feeling that can support us in enjoying summer more fully, not only during the ceremony, but also afterwards: on a walk, over dinner, or in an ordinary quiet moment. We will begin with an introduction to the practice and important information, then move into a guided breathwork journey of around 50 minutes. After the practice, there will be time to return slowly, drink tea and share in the circle. Breathwork can be a gentle and effective way to relax the nervous system, especially for people who find meditation difficult. Every experience is different. You may meet images, sensations, emotions, insights — or simply deep relaxation with beautiful music. Please avoid eating a heavy meal during the two hours before the practice. Please bring an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes, a bottle of water, and optionally a notebook and pen. Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict breathing or movement.
