This group is for anyone who writes - for any reason. Have a thesis or article you need to write? Trying to finish a novel or an academic paper? This group is for you. This open seminar by Albert Hoffmann explores how different people and traditions have approached the question, “How should we live?” We will look at ideas from philosophers, thinkers, and religious traditions and explore different answers from various cultures and time periods. The seminar is intended as an invitation to reflection rather than a definitive answer. Let's play badminton at Sports Centre Olšanka. We'll meet at 10.40 and play for 60 minutes. If you have a Multisport card please bring it along, as it will make the court free for you and also reduce the cost for others. If you don't have a Multisport card the game will cost you a maximum of 150 crowns, probably much less. I will cover the cost of the court so please bring cash to pay me. There is a small organisation fee of 20 crowns for all players to participate in this event. Racquets can be rented for 50 crowns.

It’s time for spring cleaning! We’ll be cleaning up in Obora Hvězda for Uklidime Cesko event, one of the largest clean up initiatives in the country. Uklidime cesko promotes cleaning across the country, where individuals and organisations can arrange a clean up in their chosen area to contribute to maintaining their city. Make sure to wear clothes suitable for the park, all cleaning materials and gloves will be provided. After a couple hours of cleaning, we’ll collect all the bags to be disposed of properly. Art in the Park: DIY Garden Mosaic Stepping Stone Saturday, May 30, 2026 In this fun hands-on workshop, let your creativity flow as you design and craft your own mosaic stepping stone, perfect for adding a personal touch to your outdoor space! You will use concrete, colorful tiles, and your imagination to create a unique piece of garden art. No experience needed! We will provide the concrete, molds, tiles, and some inspiration patterns. If you have any ceramic pieces, glass, or stones of your own that you would like to add to your mosaic, feel free to bring them, but we will also have plenty on hand.
