Mäng - transformational game
Mäng - transformational game
EXPERIENCE PHILOSOPHICAL SYNCRETISM, INNER ALCHEMY, AND GAME SPIRIT. Try a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zürich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. It is a tool for a really **profound change** that follows the four stages of inner alchemy. A modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice, reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy, it is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight, while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** For everyone (regardless of beliefs, age, gender, etc.), but more than anyone - for those who didn't find answers or sufficient depth in pop coaching and psychology. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF

Urban Sketching @ Klausbrunnen
Urban Sketching @ Klausbrunnen
Als Leitfaden dienen die Werte der Urban Sketchers: https://urbansketchers.org/de/who-we-are/#mission/ #uskzurich ⸻ EN This time we will sketch around the Klausbrunnen in Zurich’s Oberdorf. The fountain goes back to a request from 1588 and is therefore part of the city’s layered urban history. Around the square there are many narrow lanes where you will find both shade and plenty of picturesque corners waiting to be sketched. Meeting point: On the small open square at the corner of Neustadtgasse / Frankengasse, right by the Klausbrunnen. Please bring your own drawing materials and, ideally, a small folding stool. No prior experience required. We sketch for about 2 hours, solo or in small groups, at an easy pace. Afterwards we regroup, share our sketches and take a group photo. As always, we follow the Urban Sketchers values: https://urbansketchers.org/who-we-are/#mission/ #uskzurich

Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Finding Product Insights
**The Behavior Gap: Where Products Win or Lose** Teams today have more data than ever, and yet many still struggle to understand why customers adopt, engage with, or abandon their products. Teams sprint, ship faster, and chase more signals… all while metrics stall and confidence drops. The missing piece isn’t more data. It’s often the behavioral insight between the metrics, explaining why the numbers move in the first place. Dashboards can tell you what customers did, but understanding why they did it (and how to influence what they do next) requires a deeper blend of insights. This session is about closing that gap. Drawing from real-world experience designing and scaling products as [ZoCo Design](https://zocodesign.com/)’s CEO, [Lacey](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) will share how to cut through the noise and identify the insights that actually change behavior—moving people, and moving metrics. You’ll learn: * Why understanding customer behavior is a quant and qual challenge * How to spot the signals that actually predict behavior change * Where AI accelerates insight, and where it creates distraction * How to get meaningfully closer to customers, without adding more tools This talk reframes how to evaluate performance and identify what levers actually improve it, helping your team to make smarter bets with greater confidence. Every meaningful outcome is driven by behavior change. And when you know how to design for behavior, you stop guessing, and start building things that work. **About Our Speaker** [Lacey Picazo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/laceypicazo/) is the Founder and CEO of ZoCo, a healthcare product studio that turns complex, high-stakes ideas into products that drive real-world adoption. She partners with healthcare organizations to uncover critical care delivery insights, focus product strategy through behavior design, and build solutions that patients and providers actually use.
