A hands-on workshop on how to translate brand strategy and identity into coherent, meaningful UX/UI design decisions. This workshop explores how branding and UX/UI intersect, and how designers can move beyond aesthetics to create digital experiences that feel coherent, intentional, and emotionally aligned with a brand. Rather than treating branding as a visual layer added at the end, the session reframes it as a decision-making system that shapes how interfaces look, behave, and communicate. Students will learn how brand values, personality, and tone influence visual choices, interaction patterns, and microcopy, and how to apply this thinking in real UX/UI projects. Literatura y esoterismo La literatura esotérica se caracteriza por su uso de símbolos, arquetipos y narrativas que trascienden el sentido literal. Autores como Dante Alighieri, William Blake y Jorge Luis Borges han integrado elementos esotéricos en sus escritos, utilizando símbolos alquímicos, referencias cabalísticas y alegorías herméticas. Estas manifestaciones artísticas y literarias no son meramente decorativas; por el contrario, funcionan como vehículos de transmisión de saberes ancestrales que desafían la interpretación superficial. El estudio del esoterismo en estas disciplinas permite comprender cómo el ser humano ha buscado respuestas más allá de lo tangible, explorando lo sagrado a través de la creatividad. Desde los textos herméticos del Renacimiento hasta las novelas contemporáneas de autores como Umberto Eco o Paulo Coelho, el esoterismo sigue vigente como una corriente subterránea que nutre la imaginación y el pensamiento. **How biases, vandalism of information, and data poisoning compromise judgment and consciousness.** In this talk, we will look at the infrastructure of our knowledge. We live in an era where "looking it up" has become a reflex, yet the platforms we trust to be neutral arbiters of truth are increasingly susceptible to manipulation, vandalism, and systemic bias. Naturally, when this is combined with our own cognitive biases and a lack of time, will or possibilities to verify facts, we are left vulnerable before we even make up our minds. This session serves as the first chapter of what might be a new three-part series examining how emerging technologies, systemic biases and the curation of information shape our opinions and consciousness. While this is a stand-alone talk requiring no previous knowledge, it builds upon our earlier discussions on rationality. We will move from the theoretical - a brief history of encyclopedias and the enlightenment ideal of organized knowledge - to the practical reality of Wikipedia and other platforms today. Meet and mingle with elixir devs over a beer, wine or water. The last couple of meetings involved drinking lots of wine and sharing tapas. As folk left they just paid what they felt was right. This system is working well thus far so we will look to continue using it, till it breaks :)
