### **What to Expect**
This is a welcoming senior boxing and fitness meetup group designed to support strength, balance, coordination, and overall well-being. Sessions include gentle boxing movements, light cardio, and functional exercises, all adapted to individual comfort levels. No boxing or fitness experience is required, and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive environment.
### **Our Group**
This meetup group is friendly, inclusive, and focused on connection as much as movement. Many members are new to boxing, and everyone is welcome. Sessions are led by a qualified coach who is also a fellow senior, creating a relatable, understanding, and encouraging atmosphere.

Badminton Enthusiast
This group is for badminton enthusiasts who are passionate about exploring the connections between metabolism, energy, and exercise. We are welcome beginner plus, intermediate and advance level players looking to improve your skill or a seasoned player seeking to optimize your performance on the court, this group is for you! Join us for friendly games. This badminton session is a weekly event and it is followed with dinner together but it is optional. Since we have 3 courts and allowed the maximum of 24 players so that everyone signs up for this event will be placed on waiting list FIRST then will be moved to the joining list on WEDNESDAY MORNING.
Court fee: It will be informed at the comment section by 4pm. Cost per person is either $162 (for 3 courts) divided by the number of players attended OR $108 (for 2 courts) divided by the number of players attended. My email address will be provided at that time for etransfer.

Learn to lift safely, build strength, and move better with personalized coaching in a small-group class.
This class is designed to help you get comfortable and confident using free weights like barbells and dumbbells while learning the fundamentals of strength training. Every exercise is coached and adjusted so you can train safely and make steady progress at your own pace.
You’ll build strength through functional movements while improving mobility, stability, and overall confidence with weights.
Everyone in the class trains at their own level, so there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
**This class is a great fit for:**
• Beginners who want to learn how to lift properly
• People returning to exercise after time away
• Anyone working around injuries or physical limitations
• Desk workers dealing with stiffness, back pain, or tight hips
• People who want real coaching instead of figuring things out alone

The class is led by a coach with over 10 years of lifting experience and a background in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
