Morning Gentle Flow Yoga (Livestreaming)
Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow Yoga These may include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses.
Then the class will end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based yoga poses. Classes will be conducted via Zoom

Taekwondo Group Class (All Levels)
This class focuses on the fitness aspect of Taekwondo, using its dynamic movements to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Students will engage in high-intensity drills, including kicking, punching, and conditioning exercises.
This class is perfect for individuals looking to improve their fitness while learning basic Taekwondo techniques. No previous martial arts experience is required, and the focus is on fun, high-energy workouts that will challenge both beginners and seasoned athletes. We welcome all ages individuals/groups to join in the class.

Juggernaut Fight Club isn't your typical boxing gym; It's located within a sheltered carpark of a building in Chinatown, which means ample space for you to train. In fact, it's one of the largest fighting gyms in Singapore, and houses everything you need for all-rounded mixed martial arts (MMA) training, including an MMA cage, competition-sized boxing ring, punching bag stations and more. All the instructors are either pro boxers, boxing champions, or national wrestlers, so you'll be picking up the best techniques from the top experts themselves.

Western Boxing Group Class (All Levels)
Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit.
Students will be taught the proper mechanics behind generating fast and powerful punches, as well as evading punches through evasive movements and footwork.
Classes are taught in a controlled and conducive environment to ensure the safety of all members.

Our classes are aimed at teaching the technical components of each combat sport, should you choose to pursue this as a competitive athlete or serious combat sports enthusiast. As a mid-careerist convert to cybersecurity, **Tan KK** picked up his practical skills through getting OSCP certified and by participating in a variety of CTFs. In his career at CSIT, he performed a variety of red-teaming and vulnerability research roles and established the Cyber Training School at CSIT as the Lead Instructor. Besides the OSCP certification, KK is also OSCE and OSEE certified, and has a Bachelor's degree in Social Science (Psychology). He now sees psychology as a field of study where you fuzz humans until they produce unexpected behaviour.

Rocky Fork Hike
Join us this Thursday (5/14) at 6:30 pm at Rocky Fork Metro Park in Westerville as we walk about 2.5 miles of a fully paved trail. The Beech Woodland trail is a flat yet scenic trail with a variety of landscapes. Let’s take it in together!
