🎅 **What?** A gathering to spend Christmas day with others, share some gluhwein or eggnog, wear ugly sweaters, have a bite to eat and exchange some presents! Essentially a hangout with all the Christmassy things together, at once! The eggnog will be homemade by the hosts, the fondue ingredients will be brought by the guests themselves, and the presents will be randomly exchanged by playing a game! 📌 **Location** The event will be held at a private apartment in Baden, right by the train station. Every neighbourhood had one, and people met, without an exaggeration, on a daily-basis. It was the community center of the village. People met new and old friends, played games, socialised, ate snacks, drank coffee and ouzo. It was a very friendly, welcoming and homey environment. Unfortunately this concept is rapidly dying in Greece. As a kid I had extremely good memories of these coffeeshops, and for this reason I am passionate to revive and recreate this environment and also add a modern twist. **Calling all queer crochet enthusiasts;** I am a visual artist located in Columbus that is searching for people who may want to gather while also participating in creating a piece of artwork. My goal is to spend time enjoying one another’s company while making a work of art that will be displayed within our community. I plan to teach people to crochet (if unfamiliar) while also inviting current fiber artists to join us for some much-needed social interaction. There are no expectations from those who attend, materials will be included, and any amount of participation is welcome!
