Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit. Students will be taught the proper mechanics behind generating fast and powerful punches, as well as evading punches through evasive movements and footwork. This is an in-person meeting. Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
