Hi Badminton Fans! Come and join us every Sunday for a fun session of badminton. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from, **This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels, though mainly intermediate players and below.** **If you are a complete beginner -** Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress. **Which Session To Choose** If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! Sans même nous en apercevoir, nous sommes souvent guidées par des automatismes de défense, des réflexes anciens qui ne nous appartiennent plus vraiment. Le breathwork est une pratique qui permet au corps de relâcher ces mémoires, au système nerveux de retrouver de la sécurité, et à ce qui était retenu, de recommencer à circuler. Le système nerveux ne fait pas la différence entre un danger réel… et une blessure ancienne qui se réactive. Une situation ordinaire qui active une ancienne mémoire, et sans s'en apercevoir le corps bascule en mode survie : fuite, lutte, figement. Cela arrive à chacun de nous. Non pas parce que quelque chose ne va pas — mais parce que notre système a appris à nous protéger ainsi. \*\*\* Respirer peut devenir un chemin de retour. Join us for an untutored life drawing session with a male model. The session starts with brief warm-up poses of two minutes, followed by a series of 5-25 minute poses. Our models are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. After the session, we come together for a relaxed drink and chat. It's a chance to share your drawings from the session and discuss drawing tips & techniques. You can also connect with fellow artists, exchange contacts, and promote your artistic projects.
