Notre unicité se replie, notre expression se filtre, et notre vie devient plus petite que ce que nous portons réellement. Le breathwork agit comme un espace de permission accordée, où le corps peut enfin relâcher ces mémoires, où le système nerveux peut retrouver de la sécurité, et où, doucement, ce qui était retenu peut recommencer à circuler. Le système nerveux ne fait pas la différence entre un danger réel… et une blessure ancienne qui se réactive. Une situation ordinaire qui active une ancienne mémoire, et sans s'en apercevoir le corps bascule en mode survie : fuite, lutte, figement. Cela arrive à chacun de nous. Non pas parce que quelque chose ne va pas — mais parce que notre système a appris à nous protéger ainsi. \*\*\* Respirer peut devenir un chemin de retour. Le breathwork parle directement au corps, là où la compréhension mentale ne suffit plus. En respirant consciemment, nous envoyons un message de sécurité au système nerveux.
