Please ensure your attire does not have sharp edges as these might cause unintended injuries to others and yourself. We also recommend you to wear clothes that you can afford to get ruined as there are many contact drills where they could get pulled or warped. We do not have shower facilities at the gym although there is a changing room and toilet at both locations. You can bring a set of spare clothes to change into after class with a towel or wet tissue to clean yourself if you wish. The classical Viennese Waltz is a quick ballroom dance that involves the dancers swirling around the whole dance floor, seemingly without touching the ground.
