Hesper Parc Concert: Gypsy Kings
Hello,
As every year, there are a couple of concerts in Hesperange Park for free. This Friday: Gypsy Kings!
I saw them live in the past. They enjoy playing music and transport that joy to the audience. A band, I will always go to see live if given the chance.
Famous songs:

WIN AI — meet-up #4 | AI community for women in Luxembourg
**Meet-up #4 is hands-on.**
Instead of watching a demo from the outside, we're going to build something together. We'll be working with Claude Skills, a feature inside Claude that lets you teach Claude how to do things your way, once, and have it remember. Think of it as automating a small part of how you work, without any coding.
I'll show you an example of a skill I built. Then we build one together, from scratch, in the room.
The learning curve is genuinely small. And if you've never touched this before, that's exactly the point, this meet-up is for you. If you already use Claude Skills regularly, come anyway. There's something different about working through it with other women who are figuring out the same things.
What you need to bring: your laptop, and a Claude account (free works perfectly).
Then we'll open it up, as always. What are you automating? What's not working? What do you wish Claude could just... know about you already?

Stuck in your thoughts or emotions? Let’s talk 1:1
Do you sometimes feel confused, overwhelmed, or unsure about your direction?
You may have complex thoughts or emotions, but not necessarily feel the need for therapy.
At the same time, small talk may feel too superficial, and sharing everything with friends is not always easy.
Sometimes, you simply want a thoughtful conversation
with someone who listens carefully. :)
In this 1:1 meeting, we take one hour to reflect on what is currently on your mind:
relationships, life decisions, career questions, emotional situations or simply whatever feels important to you.
The aim is to help you gain more clarity, discover new perspectives, or simply feel less alone.
All conversations are confidential.
Pilot phase contribution:
60 min → 25€ (incl. one drink)
+20€ per additional 30 min
Languages: English, Deutsch or 普通话
Time: slots available in April & May (after work or weekends)
Location: café or comfortable place of your choice
We decide together via private message.
If this resonates with you, feel free to message me. :)
Back to basics: Presence, Breath and Walking Meditation
In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, this gathering is an invitation to come back to yourself.
No complicated techniques. No pressure to perform. No expectation to share.
Just simple practices that help us reconnect with what is already here: our breath, our body, our awareness, and the present moment.
Together, we will spend about an hour exploring a few basic mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices, including:
• Gentle grounding and awareness exercises
• Conscious breathing and slower exhalation
• Walking meditation in the park
• Simple body awareness and presence practices
• Space to slow down and reconnect with yourself
Depending on the weather, the session may include a combination of sitting meditation and walking meditation, or mostly walking meditation.
The intention is not to achieve anything. It is simply an opportunity to pause, breathe, and experience being fully present in your own body.
Schedule
10:45 – Meet at Glacis Square (between the Théâtre tram stop and the public toilets)
11:00 – Mindfulness practice in the park
Approximately 12:00 – Optional coffee, brunch, or relaxed conversation for anyone who would like to stay
The practice itself will last around one hour. The social time afterwards is completely optional.
Practical Information
• Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather
• The event will take place even if the weather is not perfect
• I will bring something to sit on, but feel free to bring your own cushion, mat, or blanket if you prefer
This gathering is part of Feel & Grow Club Luxembourg and is open to anyone curious about slowing down, grounding themselves, and practicing presence in a simple and accessible way.
Nothing special to achieve. Nothing to fix.
Just a chance to be here, together.

Wakefulness Through Writing & Walking
This is a group for adults who want to ground in nature and connect to their creative selves in a warm and supportive environment. We'll meet weekly for 13 weeks (beginning June 26th) at a goat farm in Silver Spring, MD. We'll begin with a goat walk. That's right, we'll walk through the woods with goats and then focus on the chapters of Julia Cameron's book, *Walking in This World.*
Maybe you want to dive deeper after having completed a facilitated group based on Cameron's first book, *The Artist's Way* or you want to jump right into exploring your inner landscape through writing and grounding in nature. You don't have to be a self-proclaimed or professional writer or artist to join. Just bring your curiosity, a copy of the book, something to write with and a commitment to attend all sessions if possible.
Since the in-person portion of the group will be held at a private residence, I'll email registrants the address once they've signed up. Please dress in comfy clothes that might possibly be nibbled on by adorable goats, as the residence is also a goat farm. Wear closed toed shoes and feel free to bring water, a snack for yourself, bug spray and sunblock. In-person attendees will meet at 7 am.
In the event of more than light rain, we'll skip goat walks and meet in the indoor office. There is an indoor bathroom on-site.
For those joining on-line, plan to join at 7:30 am. You'll also need something to write with and a copy of the book.
