**đŠ WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?**
FTST is an out-of-the-box **social experience** where strangers come together for an afternoon of meaningful, fun, and deep conversation. Itâs also a different & cool way of meeting new people by getting a bit out of your comfort zone and skipping the small talk!
Join us for **games**, **talks**, and **connections** with **friends you havenât met yet**. Join if you get annoyed after being asked what you do, where you are from, and how long you've been in **Copenhagen** every single time you meet someone. If you feel that there are better questions in life, this is the place for you. đ
**đ HOW DOES IT WORK?**
We start with a short & sweet intro talk followed by a few light-hearted group games to warm up. After that, we split you up into small groups and start with the conversation rounds (with 3-4 people). We'll have awesome question cards that will guide the flow of the conversation. You'll be guided by an experienced host (Valerie, you'll love her!) who'll make sure everything goes smoothly. đ
**đč HOW TO JOIN?**
**[Take 1 minute to sign up đ]( https://luma.com/ftst5copenhagen)**

**đ WHAT THEY SAY**
đŁ âThis is the kind of activity **humanity needs every weekend**. Thank you for all.â - *Sonya*
đŁ âF\*ck the Small Talk changes the narrative from "Where are you from?" to "When was the last time you laughed uncontrollably?" and I think that's beautiful.â - Monika
đŁ "Itâs a **wonderful** **experience**, itâs like being a kid again, when you were at the park, playing with other kids, and just decided you were going to be best friends for the next hours. Maybe youâll never see those kids again. But that hour was amazing because you both opened up and trusted each other." - Sara

**đ€ FAQ**
**âą Can I come alone?**
Of course, everyone does!
**âą Can I be late?**
Please don't! Late arrivals will disrupt the floooooooow.
**âą I signed up but never got an invite. Why?**
We usually get a high volume of sign-ups, yet we like keeping it cozy & only invite around 30 people. Please try again next time if you do not receive an invite - no hard feelings đ
**âą Is this a networking or dating event?**
Nope! Think of us as the *anti-networking* and *anti-speed dating* event. Thereâs no pressure, no pitches, and no cringy icebreakers. Instead, we create spaces where strangers can connect through fun & meaningful conversations. Itâs all about authentic connection, no business cards or romantic expectations required. (doesnât mean it *canât* happen, itâs just not the intention!)

Big Scientific Questions 2026. Quantum Reality, Free Will, Consciousness + MORE!
**âScientific Questions 2026 (!) â Free Will, Quantum Reality, and What We Still Donât Knowâ**
Mind, Matter, Uncertainty, and the Limits of Explanation
Despite all our progress, some of the most fundamental questions remain wide open. As science advances in neuroscience, physics, and AI, old mysteries return in sharper form: Are we truly free? What is reality at the quantum level? And are there limits to what science can ever explain?
This isnât a popular science lecture or a math-heavy session. Itâs a philosophical exploration of science at its edgesâwhere evidence runs thin and interpretation matters.
***
**Topics weâll touch on:**
* Free will: illusion, emergence, or something real?
* Neuroscience and determinism: are âchoicesâ made before we know them?
* Quantum interpretations: many worlds, collapse, hidden variables, or something stranger?
* Does quantum uncertainty leave room for freedomâor change nothing?
* Can science explain consciousnessâor just correlate it?
* Are there questions science cannot answer in principle?
* And finally⊠how should we live if reality is strangerâand less certainâthan we thought?
Casual discussion. No physics or neuroscience background requiredâjust curiosity and a tolerance for uncertainty. Whether you lean deterministic, mystical, skeptical, or undecidedâyouâre not alone.
Letâs explore the unanswered questionsâand what they mean for how we understand ourselves.
Platform Analytics Move
**Join us for a Copenhagen ServiceNow Developer Meetup focused on migrating to Platform Analytics - and doing it right!**
The technical side of this migration is well-documented and honestly not that hard. ServiceNow has done a solid job there.
But the real challenge isn't the migration itself - it's convincing the business not to just drag everything across and call it done.
This session covers both angles. We'll walk through the technical migration path so you know what to expect, then spend the bulk of our time on the process side: how to help stakeholders evaluate what's actually worth keeping, what a dashboard audit looks like in practice, and how to come out the other side with a cleaner, more maintainable analytics setup.
We'll talk about identifying performance offenders, separating operational metrics from KPIs, and breaking up dashboard monoliths so different functions aren't all crammed onto one screen nobody trusts.
Benjamin Legarth will join with a more philosophical take inspired by Darrell Huff's classic "How to Lie with Statistics", connecting the book's ideas to how we build and present analytics in ServiceNow. A valuable insight and good reminder that the numbers on your dashboards are only as honest as the choices behind them.
**Program**
* Welcome & intro
* The technical migration path â what to prepare and what to watch out for
* Dashboard audit: identifying performance offenders and dead weight
* Operational metrics vs. KPIs - why keeping them apart matters
* Avoiding monoliths: structure and ownership for dashboards going forward
* Q&A and networking
**Remember to bring your laptop!**
**Grow your network** \- This is a great opportunity to engage with fellow ServiceNow developers\, swap war stories\, and pick up practical ideas you can use the next day\.
**Win swag** \- We'll draw winners of cool ServiceNow Developer swag\!

Silvers Dinners Wednesdays
Tickets here: [www.TheSilvers.dk](www.thesilvers.dk)
Here in Copenhagen we have started a movement of weekly dinners (on a Wednesday) hosted by the senior generation in their own homes.
Seniors with 60+ years of life experience who are community leaders, intellectuals, artists, storytellers, and want to share their experience over dinners for a small group each time.
Every Wednesday there is dinner hosted by a different Silver (senior host) who will open their front door, welcome a group of 5-8 people into their home, and share their stories, knowledge, and connections across the table over a themed evening.
Each host chooses their own theme and it is the aim to pass on their hard-earned knowledge.

THE BEAST/ La BĂȘte (2023)
In the year 2044, in the age of AI, a woman named Gabrielle (Seydoux) tries to purify her DNA by purging the inherited memories of her past lives. She (re)lives her life in 1910 Paris and 2014 Los Angeles, and as the procedure goes on, the lines between her worlds become blurred. These three timelines have a lot of connective tissue holding them together; certain symbols and motifs appear repeatedly, not to mention Mackayâs Louis, a figure whom Gabrielle seems drawn to in each lifetime.
*The Beast / La BĂȘte* can be streamed for free on Kanopy or the Criterion Channel. It's also available for rent on Amazon Prime, AppleTV and YouTube.
Columbus Arduino Raspberry Pi Enthusiasts (CARPE) (Check Location)

This session is open forum to share your current projectsâwhether complete or in progress, itâs all interesting! Whether youâre deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, youâll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired.
**New to electronics or curious about tinkering?**
Youâre absolutely welcome. If youâre a beginner and want to experiment, Iâll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things outâwhether thatâs blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience requiredâjust an interest in learning and building.
While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, weâll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.
Feel Good Friday: POWER BALLAD at the Gateway Film Center + SHAKE NO. 8!
Join us as we get together to see Paul Rudd in the latest comedy-drama-musical from John Carney, POWER BALLAD! The film follows a washed-up wedding singer, a fading boy band singer and a stolen hit song. Hereâs a description, trailer and plan for this event:
DESCRIPTION: Rick, a washed-up wedding singer, and Danny, a fading boy band star, bond over music and a late-night jam session. When Danny turns Rick's song into a hit, Rick sets out to reclaim the recognition he believes he deserves. Power Ballad is written/directed by John Carney, the master of the modern musical and creative mind behind Once, Begin Again and Sing Street! It stars Paul Rudd, Nick Jonas, Peter McDonald, Marcella Plunkett, Havana Rose Liu and Jack Reynor.
BUZZ & ACCLAIM: The film premiered to rave reviews at this yearâs Dublin International Film Festival where critics call it âa sure-fired crowd-pleaserâ that âjust might be the feel-good hit of the year!â Others say, âPaul Rudd delivers a career-best performance in this charmerâ thatâs both âhilarious and deeply moving." The film continues John Carneyâs âlong run of success with yet another charmerâ and âa sharp, hopeful crowd-pleaser that strikes the right notes!â
