These sessions are great for seasoned and beginner runners wanting to push themselves with some interval training and technique coaching. We will do these at the [Sportpark De Schinkel](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=52.340992%2C%204.85124) running track so you are never too far away! These sessions will consist of anaerobic endurance workouts focusing on improving your lactate thresholds and increasing your VO2Max. At 10.30AM on Saturday 4th of April we'll start at our meeting point Houten Castellum train station, where we'll be waiting you in the tunnel under the train station. On our way we'll pass several sights, including the colorful houses at the Rietplas (yes, there will be time to make some photos there), the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal and Kasteel Schonauwen. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start.
